Flags are coded in and DLC will be added in the next patch.
As players have proposed a great variety of flags some will also be available in loot too.

ETA of this next patch?

I have to make photos of one of the previous photos I shared in this post. I mean, I found in internet a bad photo of this:

Resultado de imagen de 1756 banderas museo naval

But I have the real one in my father's house. So I will make photos of every single flag to ease your work. I will do it next week, monday or tuesday, because I had to come Grandparent's house due to my grandmother diseases. Your prefer that, right? Or Is this photo enought? Thank you for the work.

Can we have flags that become burnt and beat about during a battle perhaps linked to fires and hull/sail damage.

I understand it's a bit late, but I have a few more American privateer ensigns from the American Revolution for the sake of history and in the chance that they might make it into the game.

Here, the Connecticut privateer ensign:

The New England privateer ensign:

Oh, and from the War of 1812 section, we cannot forget the Revenue Service, which saw a lot of victories in the beginnings of the US:

Actually, this flag was introduced in 1799.

During the war of 1812, the flag could also have looked like this:

Granted, both flags were seen throughout the war.

There is never enough. You could potentially do something similar to what Team Fortress 2 does where the community can create and upload items to steam workshop and you the developers can decided if it should be added or not to the game. Takes some of the work off you.

It's for a fictional country called Osea from a completely unrelated video game.

I still have that file. I should remake it with a deeper texture so the white doesn't shine like a neon light. 🤔
