Wouldn't missions of more importance requiring heavier ships and more logistics be realistically more likely to be departing from the most important port, rather than from some backwater coastal village? Therefore if anything i'd rather restrict such missions to regional capitals if at all. I would also rather have more and heavier traffic in the capital(s) than in the middle of nowhere.

Riding between places on bikes, some urban exploration of some old underground fort, trying not to break my legs in some hole, followed by some chinese artist live performance, followed by a visit to a packed flipper museum and playing, followed by the visit of a one-night gallery with paintings by friends, almost got into a fight with some racist local who was looking for trouble with a buddy, and declined an invitation from a lady who has a thing for tall guys. Now the sun shines and i need a coffee.

My capital port waters as a noob were swarming with hostiles, as a noob i got ganked out of missions and regularly intercepted trying to get there, worst place ever to learn the ropes. I reckon many noobs ragequit just because of this.

I went with a Cryorig ultimate, i think it runs 1 degree hotter but 1 decibel quieter, or something along those lines, i don't quiete remember. Also got a 200mm input for my case itself among other things, 1 big fan is quieter than 2 smaller ones. People tend to forget that there are usually fans on air cooling systems XD

But can it run Dwarf Fortress?

Just as a side note, i7 tends to perform worse than i5 for games, so for pure gaming rigs it's better to get an i5, at least for now.

Unique passwords everywhere, randomly generated, i recommend lastpass, which supports 2 factor auth and can be country restricted too among tons of other options ( like having your passwords avaialble to someone if you die, for gaming buddies or familly finances ) Cross platform and cloud based. And change your lastpass password regularly as well. It's not perfect but it's the best user-friendly option around. ( If you want perfection go for bruce schneir ( i can never spell it right ) password manager, but it's obviously local and not cloud based, unless you go around via dropbox or some personal cloud... )
