I would love to see some flags, paint and pennants to identify the ships and signals to convey orders but meh' what ya gonna do. After all it's just a game. But perhaps someday. My sincere apologies to the allied Santi ( MacVault?) that I fired upon 1 and 1/2 times, because his mizzenmast with flag got shot and enemies were right behind him, and to AKD which I rammed <-- you now, just the chaotic overexited frigate captain that I am . Just to let you know you almost rammed Booyaah and you then rammed me because I don't know why you decided to sail right infront of me after avoiding booyaah. You caused me some bad leaks. Generally just don't get in the way of SOLs as we can't turn very fast. Also a helpful tip: Use the mini radar in the bottom right while firing, it helps a lot in avoiding collisions. DazednConfused Posted August 24, 2015 Share Posted August 24, 2015 lol snoopy. - end message to you - - to all - The first trafs that TDA and the dutch set up were very organised, and very even fights - relying on skill and tactics to succeed. As TDA at the time were very skilled from sera trials we carved up the first 2-3 weeks. Slowly but surely as the Antilles Sqn has gained skill the matches got more interesting (hats off to u guys). Unfortunately TDA attendance has got lower as interest has waned from overplaying/ testing the game since 2014 - we have relied more on fillers - for both sides really. I think we will need to go back to having a set ship roster for sides as last weeks event showed that otherwise we have 1 side dominate with heavy 1st rates. In these battles where there isn't much speed to begin with it means it will be a board fest no matter your skillset - it gets frustrating when somebody has marines and hammocks, lurks until mid match and then rolls up all the masted guys at the back like a leach - no interest in the team game at all. Also i hope more guys man up and give the guys who always have to be at the front a chance to play further back. It sucks that known players on both sides always have to fill the breach and die early when - i wont name names - some very skilled people hide mid or rear and last to the end by always letting others do the business. sorry for my little rant. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
