The rules of this “Southern Alliance” being as follows: If one port of the Southern Alliance is attacked, the other nations of the Alliance will help the attacked nation by screen fleets, to prevent the enemy PB fleet to enter in the Port Battle. If one nation of the Southern Alliance attacks a port, help shall be demanded to other countries of the alliance through appropriate diplomatic channels. A diplomatic Club shall be created for easy communication (Southern Alliance Club) If one nation of the Southern Alliance attacks another nation of the Southern Alliance, the attacking notion could be excluded from the Alliance after necessary checking and diplomatic conciliation by other diplomats. Training PB’s can be made inside the Alliance on minor ports (rules to be disclosed in the Southern Alliance Club). Traders of the Southern Alliance can in principle freely sail to any port of the Alliance in smuggler mode. They should not be attacked by defence fleets, but they must stay careful because of possible attacks by enemy alts and rogue players. The Southern Alliance cannot be taken as responsible for piracy. War ships do not have the same protection and will have obligation to declare their intentions the defence fleets when approaching ports of other nations of the Alliance (to prevent undesired actions by rogue players or by enemy alts). A formal agreement to the terms of this alliance is demanded to diplomats of involved nations (VP, ES and GB), before Tuesday 19th of December (for a proper synchronisation with the server merge). In the case of too long and unexplained hesitation from diplomats of some nation, the Alliance could be proposed to other nations, by a coordinated proposition of from diplomats of nations having ever agreed to the Southern Alliance. War objectives for France 1- Defence Fleet (protection of traders and Lieutenant Commanders). Enemy raiders shall be chased off the French areas by appropriate Defence Fleets, in particular off Fort-Royal. All French players present on zone shall participate to these fleets. Enemy ships shall be destroyed there without taking into account potential complains messages about unbalanced fights or ganks. Reprisal raids could be organized against the enemy capitals in case of repeated attacks on Fort-Royal or other French ports. 2- French War objectives Not to be disclosed here. Propositions are ready to be made to Southern Alliance diplomats. Batman Posted December 17, 2017 Share Posted December 17, 2017 I don't think spantards are interested in an alliance with Britain. As I said before, personally I don't mind being allied with Spain personally, but they have to stop playing this game with history glasses on. France made the first step towards a healthier game by successfully ending their civil war (whatever that means for GB-FR alliance I don't care. We all love this game and should keep the little playerbase we have left, not drive them away with constant toxicity towards each other). To rake advantage of the new influx of global players looking for a safe pve half of the map. Why do you lot want half of the entire map to be pve only!! I'm kinda not surprised if the GLOBAL former US and GB clans where going to try to pull something like this. Glad we don't actually have national Alliances.
