NPC Port Battles Explained. War server and Peace server information

Making the pvp server on pve server, i think is not a good idea. Make a mechanic that allows players make raiders is a interesting idea, but NPCs? I think that this will not work and will be so bored.

This isn't "spice," this is just annoying. PvP players want to kill as few AI as possible and as many players as possible. Now we are forced to fight AI ships because little nations couldn't be hello kittyed to worked together to stop the big ones, and granted, the big ones aren't fighting like they should be. Not only that, but by beating the AI, we don't really have anything to gain other than "we didn't lose our main crafting port." 

No rewards = no benefit. "Not losing a port" is a really shitty incentive.

When will this drop so we can put a timer on? Just asking for a friend.

Although at this point when i ask my clan to defend this i think they may just all laugh,if the boredom of a PVE port battle that may destroy their will to live is going to happen we need to know when to take our medication.

I hate being this negative but i cant think of one guy who is not logging on atm who will think great il log on for this.

Yes. With this mechanic i will waste my weekend time in VC waiting for stupid NPC raiders, istead making pvp. GREAT IDEA, LOL

The actual PB mechanics themselves actually seem cool with escorting "landing" ships and stuff.  Imagine if they were available for PVP port battles.....We've only been asking for them for years.

Will nations receive chests or other "rewards" for the added annoyance of fighting AI?  Otherwise this seems like another straw on the back of players that are already on the fence of a game that's lost 40-50% of it's population in 2 months.  This is not the content we've been looking for.

I guess after this they create some PVE area and merge the servers...

And i thought raids would be that a group of players got some random raid assigned to attack/raid a port without capturing it..i guess i was wrong..

This is not a raid, this is cheating AI capping ports aka a pve portbattle..

@admin what will happen with te pb when a port gets capped? Will they be back if we take it back?

I swear if my crafting port gets taken by cheating AI, im not gonna retake and rebuild it im just gonna quit the game.

As will a lot of players, takes ages to fully up crafting ports, if people lose it most wont wanna invest all that time and effort again, they will just quit, and so will i

PVP raids with high profit if raiding is successful, and low destruction in port for preventing clans to make the effort or repair that port wasting time again and again in that, i think that will be a interesting and a funny mechanics, but PVE raids is a joke, imho.

Don't be too hasty to dump this offering. PVE crafting clans holding ports behind Frontlines and building high value port bonus first rates may get a bit of a shock. On the down side  stripping some players of assets and ports is unlikely to boost player numbers is it? 

God help the first Nation to loose a port to this mechanic. I can see the meme's now.
