Jeheil Posted April 4, 2016 Author Posted April 4, 2016 The latest episode (2) of A Letter to the King : 2
Jeheil Posted April 11, 2016 Author Posted April 11, 2016 Episode 3 : Could either be called "A Game of Two Halves" or "The Great GANKSBY" 3
Jeheil Posted April 18, 2016 Author Posted April 18, 2016 Episode 4 of "A Letter to the King"...A huge patch did not get in the way of a massive week of PvP on the server, huge swings in port holdings, audacious strikes at the heart of an empire and some true 'Dread Fleets' in action. 7
Sir Robert Calder Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 You do this community a service by posting these updates, especially since the condemnation of the National News forums. Please continue.
Jeheil Posted April 18, 2016 Author Posted April 18, 2016 Thanks, would love to know the lowdown on what is actually going on in the East beyond Currency Amalgamation and Sausage Definition
Hethwill Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 Well, in a nutshell, you have the Dutch Soviet Republic, with their awesome labour hours prices Then you have the French corsairs sailing all over the map ( always a welcome sight and good allies when jumping brits ) and having a new launch port in San Domingo south coast. No idea what the Swedes are up to but some of them might be very DRUNK for sure. 2
Hugo van Grojt Posted April 18, 2016 Posted April 18, 2016 And latest news: The mighty merchant fleet of the Dutch Soviet Republic is now in a state of war with the Pirates. Expect armadas of Le Gros Ventre class vessels in port battles near you, their big bellies ready to gobble up the riches of the port. Also: salted pork is now traded at a 2:1 ratio with fresh sausage in preparation of the Gros Ventre campaign. 1

Hugo van Grojt Posted April 19, 2016 Posted April 19, 2016 You've just joined the winning side. I already feel the whip of my unhappy Danish-Norwegian (*tiphat to Galileus*) overlord cracking down on my bare merchant back in anticipation ...
Jeheil Posted April 25, 2016 Author Posted April 25, 2016 A letter to the King Episode 5 brings us an absolute 'biff-a-athon' with more ships sunk and captured in the last week than perhaps the preceding month, enjoy : 7
Hethwill Posted April 25, 2016 Posted April 25, 2016 Damn, you need to give Mutley to a faction. I like the toon dogs motif *watching episode atm* 1
Wick Posted April 26, 2016 Posted April 26, 2016 Many thanks for the reports. Much appreciated and highly entertaining. 1

Jeheil Posted May 2, 2016 Author Posted May 2, 2016 Episode 6 of A Letter to the King sees every nation in the game embark on all sorts of high quality biffo, with Haiti beginning to look more like a Jackson Pollock and the Pirates losing more ports than you can shake a stick at....this should make for an interesting tale. 6
Chijohnaok Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 Another great ALttK episode. Please keep them coming.
