This topic was mentioned many times. I do agree we need something like this or maybe a distant blur (hot air effect). Unfortunately devs already told people they can not do it because it is FPS/Server heavy, but some people claim it's doable. In case this is added, crow's nest camera must be added as well. Let's see what Devs say about this one.

I only give away suggestions, whatever happens to them is not my problem. I see tons of people crying about BPs... I know how to fix it, but I will leave it to the Devs. One person can not make a change, many people can. Forum is where you place ideas and if people want them they will pick it up and if they don't they will keep crying about BPs.

They need to make Ship Notes drop after every Exceptional ship that is crafted and reduce % for other quality. 100% - Exceptional Quality 80% 50% 25% 15%

We all know that when crafting a ship we only get a 1-5% chance to get the Blueprint, but in most cases empty screen with nothing in it. Yes you got your ship, but something is missing. Why not add a chance to get a discount on ship notes? Means if you spent 4 on Exceptional ship there is a chance that 1-2 Ship Notes might drop when you click craft(Low, Medium or High). So, those who trying to get a BP get at least something for ship production and don't get discouraged. 'In other words, for your loyalty and exceptional work, we grant you a reduced cost for ship construction in our port'. Port Governor. DIscuss.

I believe you will be able to lvlup your officers, so they will become more skilled and give away more bonus for your crew and ship. I don't see why we need more upgrades. Sail wisely and your officers will reward you with better stats. Let's wait for more info.

c.)You are suggesting a simple filter. Filter noobs who sail 1st rates and show others they can't join because they are bad captains. Leaving large crowd outside the game with weapons in their hands who are ready to defend their country and who sailed for a long time to a designated port. It's sounds like - soldier you did not get enough kills, today you will sit and wait in barracks. You can keep your rifle with you until you get more kills. (Soldier can't get more kills because he sits in barracks and rarely is picked up for a patrol where he can get kills).
