  1. we love spy s in the chat we always send them in the wrong direction but (also)you can see when you are attacked by a nation (that the NA program is a spy on its own ) it tells you what the enemy is going to do , and i don not hear anybody complaining about that so i dont mind some spying in the chat...(you should not give away your fighting /trade plans ) the only thing that is bodering me is the big black box blocking my view (when the NA spy tells me something) i do believe that spys in your clan, are a far more bigger problem then the spy in nation chat o7

  6. well if you do something wrong you become a pirate (and not as a British captain to become a french captain) that counts for everyone so your not a nation just pirates.. pirates only need rum and fancy** stuff they did not build ships...they stole them.... did not make furnishings, they looted it and burried there treasures the only thing they made... was rum and beer..and little pirates what a.... life...
  7. well even nowadays captains, can not read or listen ,so nothing new..... even today haha if you turn right they turn left,or sail in the opposite direction of cause.... that is seen in other clans thats why we practice... but OT we surternly could use a nicer navigation tool / compass needle navigation was for sure a huge undertaking in the sailing era and a lot of people had a job in it (map making / expeditions) exc.
  8. hi all well i think it is all about penetration in one mission we (a 3 rate and a frigate wit long guns) where up againts a pavel at mid ragnge (250 meters) we did hardly no damage we saw we hit the pavel but the shots where not counting (i believe that is a bug) only at close range (100 meters ) we could hit the pavel under the waterline and counted 25 shots leaks(in a total of 40 ) in one broadside (that resulted in a fast sinking of the pavel) the result page showed no assist and no kill as a result (i believe that is a bug to) the time we had to sink the (1) pavel was over 40 minutes (to much time for one ship) this all resulted in a fight where we only could hit in close range of the pavel (range issue ) the long guns did not count all the balls from different calibers ,only the large ones (penetration issue) also the pavel sunk very fast so the leaks are also to strong at the moment (screenshot) (made a bug report on the result page) so fine tunning is the key word here for: 1 distance (result of damage on longer distance) 2 penetration amounnt ( more spread of armor of the ships class thikness of the hulls for the ships class (trader or /warship purpose) (not all schots(low caliber) are counting hull dam for small damage to the ship 3 leaks (less) also but s that perhaps a different topic... (increase of boarding possibility) if 2 schips have the same speed and sailing in the same direction next to each other (within 6 meters distance) .. the boarding should be become possible with a max speed of 5 knots in a difference of +/-1 knots to each other (tangle of rigging effect) (( specialy fire ships had hooks to catch ships,at the end of the extra large beams to catch them)) if the ships have a other direction to each other the old system is in order for speed and possibility
  9. i see your consurns Mmm but thats where the game is all about ....! i do agree you must have a option to defend yourself ,but thats should be done by upgrades, cannons ,or members of your clan but not by AI. ​i believe more development is underway play tactics and worthy value of cargo you can move that just seconds after upgrade ,or before o7
  10. as far as i can recall this is .. True... Lets face it... for me as a dutch captain sailing my waters i suddenly was attacked by French (?) well let me tell you this , i have a fir wooden plank on board. and when i see any french ship on the horizon i will capture it........ and i let that captain walk the plank of his own fir wooden captured ship you see ........be trail is a unforgivable act of friendship....
  11. i had a similar experience where a pirate surrendered and sailed away with full sails ?? is this as intended or a bug as well
  12. well reload is really not a big problem in the rain, so i do not think that is a big priority the biggest problem in they rain would be vision and distance accuracy also water is not good for the powder,/but they where carried in powder sacks so i think it is not a feature what should have influence
  13. ? Is this a valid declaration ? or a one man/or one clan action ? until you are a prins... you can not single handed declare war on a nation if you ask me
  14. for the crew isseu drafting buildings in a port is a option(as a new building ) the english drafted people in a certain period in harbors to get their sailors for the fleet.. if you dont have drafting buildings you dont have enough crew to man.your fleet a next option is when you capture a ship there where always men who walked over (building + walked over men) to complement your fleet.
  15. More NPC in pvp means PVE its just fine,.. there are area when you stumble over the NPC i think you are on the wrong spot
  16. one bird does not make summer I do agree with the supression of the construction of ships of the line but NOT because of the reasons you keep posting. The same reasoning can be used for the National Navies and supress them from building anything above a 5th rate at best. agree> not higher then frigates - We are agreeing on one unique point - disguise no i dont agree it becomes WOT and arcade i agree on that

Well everybody is making notes? but i i want to buy some tar and there is none if you want to buy cable and howsers ..there is none if you want to buy iron fittings there are none so i dont think the current system is working the notes are to expensive and that this system does not work properly even the buy labor hours in the chat does not work and are heavenly abused by some players so overhaul please.. OT: the notes are to costly should be reduced to 50 LH for the high 40 for mids 30 for low notes are not that.. important..
  18. thats exactly what i said before we just dont know what is exactly going to happen we definitely need more output/input .. we are in need of a timeline and upcoming changes otherwise our input is pointless... there are so many suggestions on supposed features we cant see the real story anymore

  21. perhaps you can give us a a time phrase of the upcoming development of major things atm we as a community have no clue of the pace of development you can give a rigid time frame if you want, if development implements earlier its just a plus.. (Then we know whats coming or nor) atm the community is not knowing how implementation (in development point of view) is affecting gameplay. exc .exc..
