Surrender should be restricted with armor less than 3/4 and or sinking in progress. Simple mechanics abuse.

Nice work. Question is - will players move from Snow to Le Gros Ventre. How big is the cargo space on Le Gros Ventre and will they be able to run when ganked in this beautiful new trader ship. If you really want people to move to larger traders, reduce cargo space on Smaller ships.

Clan Flags instead of tags

Flags kill FPS. I heard developers want to remove flags from Ports. So, I am not sure if ship flags will even be present on OS. I would add them as an option. Want flags - Enable, Don't - Disable. -
You don't have to play both games. Come back when you are done with dark souls, NA is still in Alpha anyway.

Dev post for those who are thinking when is the next big update: for the next hot fix we are going to do 2 changes 1) Slightly reduce the crew requirements for sailing for all vessels from Cerberus and higher. 2) Slightly lower crew number per gun for heavy guns The separation of yards from sails requirements will be done in the next content patch (ETA 10-15th april The ability to lock right or left decks from reloading will also be done in the next content patch (ETA 10-15th april) Now give me some Rum!

Essex and Niagara are released and can be crafted. More ships will probably be here April 10-15 when big content patch is released.

National Hull Re-paints

Ship customization is on dev list I believe. When will this be introduced remains a mystery. This can include Figureheads, Hull paint, Sail colors, Flags, Banners etc.. -
I think ships and all assets should be wiped. I think it will be a good move before new system gets in place or before game release. It won't hurt too much, xp and craft will be stored. All you have to do is set up Econ and start building ships and you good to go again. I don't see any harm in wiping ships, outposts and craft recipes.

You simply boost overall damage to speed things up. -
Previous dev post suggested extra repair for every kill you get. Based on this I can suggest following. What do you think about this system? Up to 24 repairs in Battle (because we can carry 24, so why can't we use them?) 1st repair stays the same (currently used) repairs x amount of armor/sails. after 1st repair is used timer starts - 10 mins (or any preset value) 2nd repair % calculated by damage dealt (let's say in order to get better use of your repair player has to do more damage). Bonuses should be applied for Crew, Sails, fires...etc Example values 100 damage = .5% in next repair on small ship (set desired value) 100 damage = .4% medium ship 100 damage = .3% large ship 100 damage = .2% line ship 100 damage = .1% on huge line ship This is how it will work: So, I used 1st repair and it repaired (X%) of my ship armor/sails, timer started and I have 10 minutes to collect damage that will be converted into repair % on my next repair. A) I do enough damage and enable repair kit, after that all my damage is contributed towards my repair kit % repaired. B I did just enough damage to enable repair kit, but don't have any extra repair %. I still get minimum repair and try to collect more damage on my next Repair cycle. C I did not do enough damage to enable repair kit. I have to wait another 10 minutes and try to get more damage. What this means is if you want to get a good repair you have to fight. Please discuss.

Creating a clan , and benefits

There is no benefit atm. Right now clan is just a basic foundation with nothing in it. In future we might see: -Clan warehouse -Clan Missions -Clan Wallet -Clan Rep etc.. It all depends on devs and what priorities they have. -
Can you give us 1 free server transfer, so we can move all our ships etc? Please let Americans move to US server without loosing what they earned. Thanks. I packed my bags already.

Based on your brainstorming I can suggest an interesting idea that came up to my head. I know this is not a suggestion section, but I am going to type it here anyway. Sorry. Protect Treasure fleet from destination A to destination B. It's very simple system. Only one Port can produce this (Deliver/Protect) Mission once every 2 hours. Timer reset starts when mission is completed or failed. Players must purchase Escort Flag in order to participate. Set your desired cost. Treasure fleets must have circle of protection and players must maintain in that circle at all time in order to complete the mission. Unlimited amount of player (escorts) can be following Treasure Fleet. The more escorts Fleet has the better will be reward multiplier for Defenders only. Set maximum reward cap. Means after 20 player (escorts) multiplier won't go up even it there are 40 players. Treasure fleet requirements: 24 or more players must purchase (escort) to trigger. Any level any ship. Default destination A to random destination B Players must stay inside Treasure Fleet circle. No players inside circle will fail the mission instantly. So, we have 40 players who purchased (escorts) Fleet set sail. Players must stay inside Fleet circle and follow/protect it to it's final destinations. Final destination is unknown. You simply follow the fleet until it reaches it's desired set port. It's all random every time. Where is the fun? Once fleet is triggered all nations are notified. Open hunt starts! We are talking huge pvp battles of up to 24 vs 24. Fleets sail slow and whole delivery can last up to 1 hour. When under attack fleet stops, this will force Defenders to clear it's patch from enemies. In order to kill fleet and fail mission for other nation Enemy players must kill everyone inside circle and/or make circle empty. Once Fleet is unprotected it vanishes. Mission timer starts counting down 2 hours. There is no reward for Killing the fleet for attackers. The only reward is guaranteed PvP for Defenders and Attackers. Only Defenders get rewarded is they succeed to deliver fleets. Remember this is only one side reward epic mission. Fleets should sail through Enemy territories. -
