You raise hostility for say a 2800BR port, The screening fleet are all third rates at least and cannot enter the battle yet the poor attackers who have already earned their right to a PB are forced to keep within the BR range to enter the battle, EVERYONE who has raised at least 25% Hostility as a Clan should get automatic entry into a PB. Griefing and petty ganking which is the norm will continue until this is addressed, Seems some players think they are the worlds greatest sailors and grief everyone on a sever holding less than 200 people, thats not even 25% one one train carriage on a single train in a single city in a single country on a continent. there are probably more old guys dying watching porn at the same time.
