    Keep dreaming fellas. No one is going to get punished for anything. At most they will get a warning or maybe even a stern talking to with a very disapproving look on the Devs faces, but no actual reasonable punishment is going to happen. Here's a solution, get caught alt farming and instantly all of your ships turn bright pink with hello kitty faces on the sails, All of your guns now only shoot marshmallows. All ships remain like this until you complete 10 hours of actual PVP combat against a real enemy. It's not a permanent ban but it would be something you would have to work through instead of just not playing for a few days.

    I can't vouch for all of what koiz is saying, but these two statements are 100% fact. NPG was my very first clan and it was pretty damn great. Once it imploded it kinda ruined that entire aspect of the game for me. I've never felt really comfortable in any clan since. As far as guys role playing as President and VP of the US......I guess whatever floats your boat. Have fun with it but try not to take it so seriously lol.

    Basic common knowledge from over 20 years of online gaming. Call of Duty had Medic farming, engineer farming, scout farming you name it and they had it, and it was all cheating.

    Yes, the small handful of ports owned by Russia and Poland combined is certainly the signs of a future zerg Not looking for the "winning" team. I'm looking for the "active" team. I'm tired of wasting my gaming hours simply looking for something to do.

    Thanks Teutonic, that's exactly what I was trying to say. I guess I wasn't clear. I've been studying the Euro map. Poland seems very concentrated and Russia seems to be scattered throughout the map. I'm curious how I could use either situation to my advantage. Russia seems to be in a position to harass shipping almost anywhere.

    Crap. I was going with Prussia because of the no safety zones and I really like their flag. Lol Looks like Russia and Poland are the factions to join.

    Maybe this has been answered already and I missed it, but since I have a character in all three servers, will my assets from global be transferred to my character on the EU server?

    Well to be realistic about it, when smuggling I wouldn't fly a smuggler flag. I'd fly the flag of the nation whose port I wanted to enter. So if I wanted to smuggle into KPR I'd fly the British flag, Charleston the US flag or Mortimer a Jolly Roger etc. How crazy would open world be then with everyone flying the wrong flags at will?

    That did the trick! It found one file that did not verify and then reacquired it. Thanks for the help Ink!

    After downloading and installing the latest update this morning I'm getting the above message. It also says to check the integrity of my files. I was playing the game just fine the other night and have done nothing to it except for the update. I rebooted my computer to see if that would clear up things but no joy. Do I have to uninstall the game and reinstall to sort out the client files? I did send a crash report.

    Don't fool yourself Timo, there are plenty of "adults" who act like the kids that you describe. It's more of a character flaw sometimes instead of an age thing. Sometimes maturity has absolutely nothing to do with a persons age. From reading your post here it looks to me that you've done some maturing and are realizing how ridiculous someone can look when they go ranting. I look forward to running into you on the open seas be it as a friend or foe! Cheers mate!

    I really like these ideas! With Unity 5 are we limited to only 25 ships per side? If we actually go with BR limits then wouldn't it be possible to have more ships of lower BR without limiting them to 25? What are the technical limits of the Unity 5 engine?
