  2. Should even available with ship but no cargo and with a cooldown. Like teleport between outposts and teleport to capital with ship.

  4. But that is not what people expect when they chose pirate. Because of that they will start complaining and stop playing. It has to be by desgin so people know exactly what they will get.
  5. Musst dich halt auf beiden PCs mit demselben Steam Account anmelden. Was nicht geht ist mit beiden PCs gleichzeitig auf den selben Steam Account zugreifen. Es geht also nur entweder Laptop oder PC aber nicht beides gleichzeitig.
  6. Instead of premium ships we should call them ships for the employee of the month. That shows that these people who got them put an huge amount of effort into the game to make it better. Therefore they get a special thanks. Furthermore it shows that everyone can get them if he shows a special amount of effort to make the game better. the name premium ship is just misleading like grey ships have to suck.
  7. The only fleet i would like to see is adding merchant ships to it. So you can protect them while they are holding the goods.
  8. I like your proposal but I have a couple of suggestions. First I like to say: I like to pvp and do hardly no pve. In pvp equipment matters because of that I hardly use one dura ships for it. Why I do so? Its hard to obtain modules and equip a ship only to lose it in an blink of an eye. Because in pvp there are always people that are better. The effort it takes to outfit a captured ship is much higher than outfit a crafted ship. (not talking about Sols i never use them) Because of that my suggestion is: Every crafted ship is basic ship with no inbuilds. The only thing a crafter can change is the woodtyp and some ship specifics like bigger cargo hold... (and it would be possible to make all ships 1 dura). So you buy such a basic ship. Now you sail with that ship to a region. Every region offers a special setup of inbuilds like we have now with the regional inbuilds. Inbuilds are sorted in groups (like copper plate and speed trim belong to the group speed). Its only possible to obtain one inbuild per group.(lets make the choise hard like the officer perks) Furthermore make some regular modules to officer perks like we already have the pump perk. A nation would have to conquer to get specific inbuilds like its now with the regional inbuilds. Ship inbuilds can be bought for money and labour hours at that ports but no materials which make everything so grindy and there is only one grade of inbuild so no grey or green .... Captured Ai ships can have inbuilds from regions that are under control from ther former owner. But they can be refitfed. Removing inbuilds cost labour hours and money too. In my opinion that make everything less grindy and get player faster into action. Furthermore the fear of loss is reduced cause it is easier to get a new ship.

  10. the real problem are the modules they are to expensive to put on captured ships. That make captured ships useless for pvp because there will be one who will be better so you may lose. I would like to see a modules system with just one grade of a module. so no grey green .... Modules can be outfitted in nation ports and every region has its own benefits like the inbuilds now. So you will ever craft a basic ship but it is up to the owner to outit/refit it for cash in nation ports. That although takes away the 5 forestries issue.

  12. I am all against stacking modules have to be summarized into groups and only one module per group is allowed. Makes the choice harder like perks for the officer. Just my 2 cents
  13. There was talk about a choice you can make. You can keep all xp or you can push a button wipe everything and get veteran status with cool redeemables
  14. First time the different wood types effects make sense. +1 Edit: But I am not sure about fir and splinters. It may be a soft wood but wouldn't the ball just pass through it and make a clean hole?
  15. It's just a social perk without sailing to the battle. And social perk got removed. What you see is what you should fight. A trader can sail around with his 2 AI ships. That AI offers some sort of protection. He gets attacked and all of a sudden to players hope in for them. A player is better as AI in most cases and now some sort of protection turns into full protection. In my opinion it's a carebear feature. Making fleets a must have. Taking away the sense of OW. Making people even more lazy.
  16. People tend to do the easiest way. With that suggesten we can dump the hole OW idea because everyone would want to join through drop in matches. You should suggest something that force people to sail in OW. An OW full of players mean less time to find a fight too.

  18. That would make fleets a must have. Even yet fleets destroy a lot of fights that could be good ones. So I am against it. Furthermore I am against everything that takes away the purpose of OW and supports lazy players. Go out find yourself a fight that's my motto.
  19. I was aware of that problem because of that I suggested it this way and port battles + epic events should stay 25vs25 only OW pvp should be limited to 6on6. Proposal 1: How a battle join mechanic could work Attacking side: A system to start OW battles could word like the mission enter system. When sailing in a group the attacker can press “attack as group” or “attack”. Attacking as group will pull all group members in range into the battle instance. Group members which are not in range will not get pulled into battle. Open slots can be joined by players who are not part of the group and in 2min range of the battle. Attack will just pull the attacker into the instance. That leads to 5 open attacker slots which can be used by other player who are not belonging to the group. Defending side: When attacked all group members in range will join the battle. If there is no group, a group which is not full or not everyone in range. Then only the defender or all group members in range get pulled into the battle instance. Open slots can be joined by players who are not in group but can reach the battle instance in 2 min. AI fleet: If a player has an AI fleet every ship take a battle slot. Therefore AI ships reduce the maximum amount of group size. Proposal 2: How a battle Join mechanic could work If more than 6 people are in the battle circle. then first the people who are in the group with the attacker and defender gets pulled. If there are less than 6 people in the group and more ships in the circle then pull in the biggest player ship. Example 10 swedish ships(group 1(st pavel 2 ingers consti)) group 2( consti 4 frigates)) and group 1 attacks 6 pirates(6 constis). First the st pav 2 ingers and consti get pulled in because they are all in the same group, second the consti and one of the frigates gets pulled in due to the highest br in the battle circle. And finally what about PVE? Attacking ships in OW work after the same system mentioned in the proposals above. But creating a PVE battle requires that the PVE attacker or one of his/her group mates in range is not being targeted by an enemy player. Epic events will once joined by a player open a Battle Symbol in OW like the Port battle icon which then can be joined by everyone.
  20. 1) OW weather don't fits to battle instances. It's boring and no fun to tag in bad / stormy or foggy weather and the battle instance has sunshine. 2)no new incoming chat notifications. It's so annoying and no fun to find a pm chat window after hours. 3) shocks and modul destruction are quiet useless. If someone is in shock or got his rudder shot away then there is no real difference between shock or no shock. That is no fun because the time is to short to get a real advantage
  21. True but ship rolling doesn't effect the aim while firing. With the current system random is quiet useless.
  22. Salt water and sunlight would bleach sails so to color them would just be a waste of money. Color wasnt that real at this time.
  23. The social perk was introuced in august 17th and after that chart there is no big player change since the perk got removed.
  24. The social perk decreased ganking because of decreasing overall pvp. nobody wanted to sail around and fight. Everyone was sailing/staying in port in his own waters waiting for someone so the social perk trap gets active. In my opinion to say the social perk generates pvp is just wrong. It decreases pvp because everybody is afraid of the social perk. All stay at homewaters to be in favor of that perk. Just one example. I attacked a trinc in my surprise barely in view distance of port. We both could had a good fight but suddenly after 4min 8 other guys in SoLs joined on the trinc side. Social perk is just a step back to old issues that we had. An old wrong decision with a new appeal.
