  1. Game tools -> Ships -> scroll down, Crew min-sailing-max
  2. Yeah, yeah, just continue rubbing it in on a daily basis, that your workplace is a tad bit more awesome than mine : This is one of the most beautiful things I've seen in quite a while. Thanks a lot for the link!
  3. BLOODY CHEATER! 😜 It's really funny. On our sailing-trips (mostly in the mediterranean) I sleep like a baby from the first moment, where I can find some nap-time. All the swaying, the ship's noises, the talking by the rest of the crew, all fine and even helping. First night at home after 1 or 2 weeks -> no sleep at all...
  4. I bet you miss all the noise when you sleep the first night at home after a trip..
  5. Nice! Just two questions: 1. What about wind? Will it be modeled in some sort of way? 2. Singleplayer for campaign I guess, but could there be multiplayer for some single battles, are you thinking about it? ? Just 1v1? Please! Thanks!
  6. Including an original drawing handmade by Teutonic and admin-explanation
  7. Now that's absolutely AWESOME! Only thing: after watching the video, my boys asked, if we will be able to play against each other. Told them, it's single player. Will get it anyway, but still hoping of 1v1.
  8. Nice! Gladly looking forward to play this.
  9. PvP1 full, 45 mins in queue? Nope, didn't want to wait, started on the PvE. Took a mission in the cutter , sailed to location, stood beyond the crossed swords for 10mins. Nothing happened. Sailed back, took another one. Same result. Finally found out, what to do... Found my home later on PvP3. Enjoying NA ever since (with some ups and downs of course). I still get the same feeling I had on day nr. 1, when leaving port, the sails going up...
  10. Changed nation once on PvE Server, as my boys wanted to be Pirates there. Worked flawless and didn't change my PvP-char at all.
  11. Often I'm sitting here in the office and "Whenever I find myself growing grim about the mouth; whenever it is a damp, drizzly November in my soul... " (Melville, Moby Dick), I visit this thread. It's just beautiful. Thanks a lot!
  12. Thanks a lot! A Merry Christmas to everyone and Happiness for everybody, free, and let no one be left behind!
  13. Looks really good! I hope there'll be a multiplayer (not MMO). This title really cries for it.
  14. Had that sometimes, only real help for me was to unplug my joystick, throttle, rudder-pedals
  15. As much as I like the view of the current ship in harbour, it's just an unnecessary load on the gpu, as the view is hidden most of the time behind the windows I have opened to do my stuff.

Woah, that's nice, really! It's only, I didn't get these extra shipyard-doubloons. Neither in my redeemables nor in my warehouse. What do I have to do to receive them? F11 sent
  17. Means you should check your AV/router/firewall, if these ports are eventually blocked. But just do as Ink asked you to do. Good luck and have fun soon!
  18. Ink always suggests to check for blocked ports 8080, 8089, 5672, 5222, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 And if you're running Kaspersky Antivirus, try adding NA's client.exe to "trustworthy programs" only and setting the exception: "Do not scan entire / encrypted network traffic",
  19. Miguel's PvP-movie helps a lot on a Monday. Thanks!
  20. Had the same problem. If you're running Kaspersky-AV, try this: still the only option for me...
  21. Guess it's custom made as Iroquois did some time ago. Can only be seen on your screen.
  22. @ditschAre you running Kaspersky AV? There seems to be a problem with their latest version. Try adding NA's client.exe to "trustworthy programs" only and setting the exception: "Do not scan entire / encrypted network traffic". Still hoping for a fix by Kaspersky...

TO sea, to sea! The calm is o'er; The wanton water leaps in sport, And rattles down the pebbly shore; The dolphin wheels, the sea-cow snorts, And unseen mermaids' pearly song Comes bubbling up, the weeds among. Fling broad the sail, dip deep the oar: To sea, to sea! The calm is o'er. To sea, to sea! our wide-winged bark Shall billowy cleave its sunny way, And with its shadow, fleet and dark, Break the caved Tritons' azure day, Like mighty eagle soaring light O'er antelopes on Alpine height. The anchor heaves, the ship swings free, The sails swell full. To sea, to sea! Thomas Lovell Beddoes one of my favourite sea-poems
