do fishing perk give more sealed bottles?

people have been debating this in global several times, some say fishing perk only increase fish, some say it also increase sealed bottle drops. it whould be nice if someone who knows for sure however they do or not?

yeah i ment the chance of a drop (drop rate) but how do you know that? i cannot find any information from any devs about it.

this so called "perk" increases the amount of salt and trash that's going to fill your ship's hold and makes even more mess...

I do remember Devs once commenting saying that it does not effect the bottle drop. 

What makes it more likely to get a bottle is the fact your prob at sea longer if your doing the AFK fishing thing than just make quick sales from point a to b.

It does not increase bottle chance, only fish tonnage and increased chance of game fish.
