  2. Greetings Captain, over the year your characters were banned for 7 days multiple times due to high amount of negative behaviour including anti-semitism, religious and general trash talking. Given the fact your behaviour in chat was not improved, the last chat ban is the permanent one

  5. @CCesternino The workaround provided by Xsolla: Click on "Forgot your password?" option A window will appear with redirection to browser Please close the window by hitting on "X" and also close the recently created tab in browser. You do not need to change the password After this please try to login in the launcher (using your current email and password), the Captcha will appear and the problem must be solved Please let us know if the problem still there

We are working on this full speed and wont start campaign until we implement critical feedback from release and fix at least 50% of crashes reasons. Meanwhile, once crash happens again, could you please locate output_log text file in the game flies (Games\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\Ultimate Admiral Dreadnoughts\default\game\build_Data) and send it to ink@navalaction.com (include a brief description or your forum name)
