  1. Will it be a permanet redeemable like the yatch? please Happy holidays
  2. Oh Wauw Lucky Dogs. Glad too see you fellows joined the fight too keep the Kings assets safe here in the Caribbean. Fair winds ye scurvy sea dogs o7.
  3. will there be released a map of reignal bonusses insted of me having to sail around build lynx in every port?
  4. I really hope they add more older ships, as they have so much details. I really like the strens with gold and wood carvings, and the paint scheme is also very cool. The late 18th century/ early 19th century ships look so streamlined witch of course some people like, but i much perfer the old style. That also why Ingermandland is my fav ship in game atm Just look at this shit, its ridiculous (Sophia Amalia form 1650)
  5. U must have very good looking old apartment buildings in your country then lol. But consider its form 1710 so is older than any ship in game, so id say it aint that shabby at all. Also it has that sweet sweet little front mast thingy, that just looks so damn awsome.
  6. Santi with white stern ? looks really good
  7. Closed gun ports when sailing in OW. It seems weird that u are alwys sailing with your gunports open, and being in a battle ready stances when u are just out fishing or trading. Or when its stormy weather and waves are pounding the side of your ships with massive amounts of water. A auction house to sell moduls and stuff so u dont have to sit and spam chat with "WTS Gold haamocks" all the time Having players that sit in ports ships tied up out front, first all to for imersion but also too see if there are any one hiding in the ports. It such a cheeky way to just hide if u are getting chased, I know u cant have a 100 ships tie up infront of capitals but maybe 4 or 5 just too see if anybody is there, and if players log of in ports and their ships disappear. And please add more crew on ships when in battle, i beg
  8. Officer Perks Ideas - Focused Canoneer Very simple 5% faster reload speed - Doctor aboard Replenishing some of the fallen crew doing battle - Marine Officer adding a few mariens and making them fire at close enermy ships, damagin sails and crew. - Made for trade Officer know how to stack and optimize cargo space adding more % to cargo hold Modul Ideas - Flintlock Cannons Replacing the old matchlock stick with Flintlock on cannons making them fire quicker and less misfires giving a more focused volley 10 % to cannon volley speed - Sharp Shooters Putting rifels in the mast making enermy ships slowly lose crew if they get very close. Other suggestions Please add more crew model and animations, i really want to see more. Not only so u can add the Sharp Shooters and Marines firing, but also make the ships feel less life less.
  9. Will we see more crew on deck in the future, its somthing i think could really make battle alot more fill with life. A few officers on main deck, some sailer pulling ropes, and some muskets / mariens taking shots at ships crew when they are close. I know the devs said that there will be no boarding animations like total war-ish style, witch is fine. But sometimes the ships feel kinda lifeless with the same cannoneers doing the same anitmation over and over. If i remember correct some people thougt it might course FPS drop adding in more crew, but if there wher an option to turn crew off for people with less powerfull PC that woulndt be a problem. I really hope to see mroe crew in the future

  13. Lovely! The game also needs more third and second rate ships, so i cant wait till it comes
  14. But what in game reason would need for a blockade?
  15. When musket and mariens shooting will come into game, will we see people get shoot and and maybe crew start to fall over board and swining around in water when ship sinks, because the way they just vanish is just, kinda lame :/
  16. In Sea trails and Open World every time you start a new battle you get a full crew, even if you lost all your men in the previous battle. Im sure that is gonna change till you having to hire crew or something, so it would be cool to have a abandoned ship option. Also if you have some of the more valuable modules for you crew like rifels and stuff to save that insted of buying new if you ship goes down then you could controll the front little boat and having 1 or 2 AI following you out of the battle, if they make it you keep them and the stuff they saved. And if the enermy gets too close to your little line of boat an option to make them flee in multiple directions so atleast a few could survive
  17. Just put some more pictures and a book cover with the build drawings in the OP
  18. its would be cool to be able to hire NPCs and have a bit on controll under them in battle Like making them follow you in a line on or making an arrowhead formation, or simply just making them attack a ship you choose
  19. The Seven Provinces was a liner of the Admiralty of the Maze with 80 pieces of artillery, the name of the ship was also written as the 7 Provinces. The vessel had a length of 163 feet, a width of 43 feet and a cavity of 16.5 feet (NB: Amsterdam 1 foot = 28.3 cm). The displacement was approximately 1600 tons and the ship carried more than 2,000 sqm sail. The crew had more than 420 heads. The ship was built in 1664-1665 in the old Admiralty shipyard on the Haringvliet in Rotterdam. The architect was Salomon Janszn Temple, a scion of a famous family of Rotterdam shipbuilders. Model (scale 1:87) of the Seven Provinces in 1665, commissioned by the Bataviawerf Herbert Tomesen The ship began his career as temporary flagship of Vice Admiral Jansse Aert van Nes, then it became the flagship of Lieutenant-Admiral Michiel de Ruyter Adriaenszoon (1666-1674). It participated in the Four Days Battle of North Foreland (1666), the two-day Battle (1666) and Journey to Chatham (1667), in the Second Anglo-Dutch War. Furthermore, the ship participated in the Battle of Sole Bay (1672); the double battle of Clean Field (1673) and the Battle of Texel (1673). In 1674 it went under De Ruyter expedition to Martinique. After the death of De Ruyter was in 1678 the flagship of Rear Admiral Jan van Brakel. In 1691 was Rear-Admiral Johan Snellen command of the ship, he died that same year on board. The ship was part of a combined Anglo-Dutch fleet under Edward Russell in 1692 where by the French in the Battle of La Hougue leak was shot. The last commander of the ship was Captain Evert de Lieffde, whose log has been preserved from 1692. Eventually, it was sold for scrap in 1694. Since 1995, the Batavia Yard in Lelystad built a replica of this ship, which is considered one of the most famous warships of the Dutch Golden Age. The construction of this 'new' Seven Provinces was stopped in 2013 for financial reasons. The aim was to reconstruct the ship using all available sources and as authentic as possible. There are several ships that have called The Seven Provinces, including the modern frigate The Seven Provinces in 2002.
  20. Totally agree, i love using an actual map right now, and speciely becuase im new to OW, when you set sail and leave the port you have no idea where to go, or where you are gonna land. Where a few degress on the compass can make you hit Haiti insted of Peurto Rico Makes you feel like an adventurer
  21. As many of may know OW has no map yet. Im sure some map will come at some point, but for now most of us use Google Map witch is also fine. But google maps doenst show where to keep a look out for pirats or other player on a raid for gold. So i made a quick map, with the most bacis stuff i know about. So far i have only been close to Peurto Rico and the Virgin islands, so i cant put all this on the map alone. I was hoping that people who wanted could copie the map and put stuff they know about on the map and then repost it, until the map is really good. I put all the flags in the buttom, too make it easy, and feel free to add tips and tricks to it.
