  1. You need a cop of tea my friend before trying to accomplish anything serious - were you from the continent however, I would have said "coffee"
  2. Congratz with the fight and the win - as far as I have been informed, it was a joint effort of several DN clans, not a single danish clan's effort. Anyway. Why use this public forum which in this case is used for discussing the coming diplomacy patch, and meant as a platform for your personnel vocal war with the DN community. This is not the right place for this "panting" of yours? Over and out
  3. Dont forget about the reimbursement we most likely have to pay on top of the 35mio to cover for whatever damage he may impose to the new nation
  4. That I have accepted when I joined the nation - that I had to apply to certain decisions laid out by the nation council, in which the clans have appointed certain persons to have a seat. I have never wanted to have such a position. My suggestion is, a suggestion for the game, not directed against you or any particular person / clan. But I sense you feel a bit butthurt anyway? Anyway, I think it's time to move back to the prime subject - and away from who did what? during PB yesterday.
  5. It would bring an exiting aspect to the game, if nation players could vote a single player or an entire clan outlaws for a fixed time.....meaning free hunt without consequences in that period. Same principle as the diplomatic patch, there should be unity in nation before a player / clan could be marked as outlaws or at least a very high percentage votes for such a condemnation, only to ensure the nation is behind such a serious decision, and to prevent unjustified abuse of such a serious condemnation against players / clans. I think we then would have true pirates (We already have true pirates just to underline that...."Hethwill" to name one) e.g. pirates who doesn't give a shit about nation politics, alliances etc. and those players who feel they belong in nations will be in nations, and act according to council decisions etc., or they will know there are consequences.
  6. and so should other ships be as well - one ship, one dura, period. Just as we Danish love fishing in Brit waters
  7. I never seen such stupidity from any other player in this game than what was shown from the two of you last night at the port battle. You see a shitload of 1st line SOL outside waiting to get in to PB, and then a clanmate of yours in a shitty 5th line occupies a space, if Sorry would have turned up with a full force of 1st. rates, then what - we would have been missing two 1st. rates - and could have lost the PB because of two brain farts from VGK? What should a "constitution" do in such a massive cannonball exchange likewise a 2nd. rate - that you showed up in? It was simply the most stupid action I have ever seen - and clearly shows the magnitude in the self destruction route you have chosen - hopefully you won't succeed in dragging the D-N nation down with you. As a matter of fact, I know there's an offer of 30 mio gold you can cash in, should you leave the D-N nation. I'm pretty sure after last nights action, the bid will rise significantly - I will for sure add a bit into it, just to make the offer become irresistible for you! However I'm pretty sure we also have to pay the Pirates the same amount for taking you in, as an Reimbursement for future damages on your behalf.
  8. @Tenakha Kan, thx! It's always a pleasure working together with you guys Fellow Captains, who consider switching side (Pirate captains included) simply to have more fun - let me tell you the truth, it is more fun sailing for a small nation, if you want action. Therefore I invite you to join RDNN for having a fun time in a social environment - are you on the lookout for more fun, let it be in a smaller nation, just PM me, and we'll have a chat. We have players located from all around the globe, so RDNN is the right choice for you if you are on the lookout for an international oriented clan. The Scipio RDNN Recruitment officer
  9. And in the end make the game suffer a slow death, as the game ends up being unplayable for players in other nations, as they face big zerg alliances. The new diplomacy patch comes too late, it will only add a second dimension to the man made alliances outside gamecontrol, already on the table - if the diplomacy patch is used strategically, then it can help strengthen an already too strong nation, as the second strongest now being voted as an allie, and as an allied nation now can enter directly into portbattles, regional contest side by side with the strongest nation. Not much the defender can do, yea, they are maybe allied with another mediocre nation...but two smaller nations against two big nations......hmm. In my opinion big nations should have a disadvantage programmed into the game itself, whereas smaller nations should have some advantages, this as an effort to somehow balance the game and make it fun for everyone. An disadvantage could be a constructed civil war in the biggest nation which the population in the biggest nation now have to use time on to fight down, or suffer losses like loss of ships, inventory etc.
  10. RDNN is seeking able captains joining our ranks. Nationality is of no concern, We already have players from all over the world / timezone - English is the common language in RDNN. Are you currently in another nation and want to switch over to Denmark-Norge, a nation currently considered "Hard mode" we can also help you with that. Send PM, or just connect to our TS, poke us, and we will connect to you for a chat. Note: Players with rank lower than captain are also welcome to join our teamspeak, and be part of a social environment formed around Naval Action. There's no need to sail alone. We welcome you to join our teamspeak for a chat.
  11. Ahoy , RDNN Dánsko - Norsko mezinárodní klan , anglicky mluvící . Chcete-li hrát "tvrdou režim" PVP- orientovaný , ale také běží nějaké PVE . vícenásobná úroveň 50 craftere forum danmarknorge.org
  12. Well it's funny the brits are whining over an issue they use themselves in enemy waters. Anyway, should the option of hiding in the battle screen be removed, then it should be allowed to sail a certain distance away from the center of the battle in any direction, this while your still the initial battle, so when you finally exit the battle, you won't exit just on top of an antiganking fleet but somewhere else e.g.new location, still relatively close to where you started the battle, but now with a real option of getting away. this would mean that the information you get in nation chat / TS wouldn't be so accurate anymore, and would resemble how things where in the 17th century, when information wasn't received in a second, but sometimes delayed for days or weeks meaning it sometimes was useless. Given the option of leaving a battle at a distance would add a new dimension to the game, and make it a lot more fun for everyone. Since the antiganking fleet (counterfleet) now have to monitor a larger area, instead of the current mechanics, where you can just park SOL all around the crossed swords and then annihilate the ganking fleet when they exit. Actually I would suggest this option to be added no matter the current exploit of staying in battlescreen.
  13. Maybe introducing your own scoreboard like Armored Warfare have. Then you can see your own results, PVP / PVE, you can chose to have them private or public of your chosing. But then you would have other objective, than just farming gold / XP to keep the interest in the game e.g. improving own stats - have your own private competition, and something to share if you chose. It might keep people playing the game instead of abandoning it after they have reached highest level. Also PVP as a ganker where you outnumber the enemy, should give only very little XP / reward, whereas PVP 1vs.1 should be rewarded a lot more regardless of you lose or win. Maybe such an approach would give more / better PVP fights?
  14. We need to get that spirit back in the game, intense fights, but without talking garbage to each other - as of now, it's quite toxix what is being said to each other - Enjoy the fight regardless of you are winning or loosing - respect your enemy, and it's regardless what nation you are fighting for, no nation is better than the other!
  15. I wouldn't be so sarcastic about the French losing the EM final......... I remember the Brits getting screwed by Iceland, boy was that just pure pleasure watching. See the brits crying on the field after a humiliating defeat.
  16. Agree on that, really look into why people are bandoning the game now, one reason can be the lack of exitement grinding upwards is missing, once you have reached the highest rank / crafting level, then there's no more for the player other than repeating PB, looking for PVP which usually ends up in ganking with no fun in it, since the outcome already has been determined at the start of the battle. Maybe if some rewards could be introduced for 1vs.1 PVP, and for instance only a minimum XP / gold for ganking squads, whereas the one being ganked is contributed x2 XP / gold for fighting an uneven fight. That way you are honouring the ganked instead of the ganks. There has to be put a penalty on ganking squads to make them less common. Maybe an option before entering battle where you can chose whether you want boarding to be included in the battle (You chose whether your crew should be aware of leaks etc. or just be focused on fighting until the ship goes under the waves. meaning the enemy cannot borad you and capture your ship. Ohh, you still dream that the Brits will rule the waves...let me tell you, I'm only happy that Brits are being challenged by an equal size fraction (The pirates), so the Brit dominance is gone, that wasn't healthy for the game at all, especially not how you managed to take extreme advantage of it. One way to deal with one nation having the largest population making them able to ruffle stomp basically everyother nation would be that if a nation has a certain percentage more players than the average of other nations, then that large nation is fighting on it's own, This calculation shall be based on active players only, because all nations suffer from players abandoning the game.... Smaller nations can offer their services to other nations meaning in PB etc. they are flying the other nations flag. For instance Denmark-Norway is being attacked by the British and French captains offer their service to the Denmark-Norwegian Navy, and they fly the Danish Flag. Off course they will have to be paid for it - nothing is for free, but it would allow smaller nations to withstand bigger nations attack. Also mercenaries can defend ports (but only defend ports) for the nation they are hired in for. To attack a port a certain percentage has to be the nations own players. Also, all portimers should be open in the same timeslot - no more shitty timers in the mittle of the night, but instead the timers are open in 12 hour slots or 24 hours. No Nations can actively defend a port for such long time, but they can hire in an AI fleet for defending the port at any given time, that would make portbattles a bit more interesting since you cannot capture "empty" ports anymore and the attacker HAS to bring a substantial fleet in order to conquer the port. AI fleets defending ports shall be a bit better than the usual AI fleets you encounter in missions. The Nation hiring in an defending AI fleet can pick the size of the fleet and size will determine the cost of that service. But the size of the AI fleet is hidden and will only become visible for the attacker once the battle has begun. Which means there has be put some restrictions on the battle timer as well, since that could be exploited too, For instance you have an attacking fleet consisting of 15 ships, but the port is defended by a full force of 25 ships the attacking fleet want's to retreat, however the attacking force cannot exit battle and have to fight it to the bitter end. The other way around you as the attacker, come with 25 ships, and it's defended only by a handfull ships e.g. battle should be won
  17. Second that, the defender may get reinforcements, and not be affected by the BR limit. A groups of small ships can schred a lone large ship safely now due to BR limitations, Tried it yesterday in my Trinc. Two snows remained at my stern shooting masts and sails, until all three masts where down. Got tagged in a bay in a very bad position, with wind against me, once I reached open waters my sails where down to like 80% and no chance of running. Had a friend in a SOL who couldn't join due to BR limitations. So this BR is not helping no one, other than small ships in gangs hitting larger ships. The only way to counter such a thing is always to sail in groups keep your postion, then the whole groups will be dragged into battle.
  18. haven't seen any traders either contraband, or lone traders from other nations yet, only well protected traderships so far....from own nation. This is bad, and need correction
