In server selection screen i see war, and peace, server working status, population low and ping -ms. If i try to join it keeps me out of server. I've also noticed my Trinco DLC has a permanent ''downloading'' status instead of ''installed'', if that's correlated. Firewall has never been an issue before so I wonder. It is a Windows 10 problem, create a new profile in windows, use it, and you will be able to use normal WiFi to play steam games.
