  1. Just an update - I have 2 systems (desktop and Laptop) both are having same issues, for PVE server. My sons'account as well.
  2. Ditto, but for PVE server Same issue for PVE server.. same stats: Working Low, -ms, screen stalls when PVE server selected adn then states Failure to connect
  3. PVE server is down. Been trying to log on for 30 minutes. Any ETA for its resurrection? Thanks.
  4. kicked again:6:25 pm what sucks is at 5:15pm we had over 80 players online .. last kick there were only 30 or so... - I am about to throw in the towel!
  5. PVE server disconnected players at least 4 times in last 15 minutes. Will not allow reconnect now.. just stalls at "connecting" window. Also in server selection screen, the PING for PVE and PVP1 alternate (1 is blank, the other a # ex: 139ms, but if you refresh the screen the readouts change.. the other will be "blank" and the other will read 139. Thanks,
  6. 23 Jan 2017 - 5:15pm USA-CST PVE server down 4 times in 15 minutes.. Disconnected everyone.... and will not allow reconnect now.
  7. (PVP and PVE based) Suggestion: Allow the "Friending" of NON-Nation players in game. - Just as simple as that. Would like to know when new acquaintances are online, without bogging down global chat with searches and personal inquiries. EX: "hey X, are you on?" Suggestion: Allow Indefatigables and Endymions to be broken down for parts -- not necessarily for BP's but at least for Parts. - sell back prices are pretty low, and they are better served as parts acquisition ships, after the challenge of capturing them. (PVE based) Suggestion: Allow non-nation players to form groups. - This to allow new players the ability to pair up with more experienced players regardless of nationality in order to show/teach them how to play more effectively. Would also allow them to join in missions together for better instructional means. Or to just help the bloke out who is having a lot of difficulty and no one on their nation is present or being helpful. To all Veterans: Thank you for your service. Never forget! - Takes just a Pittance of Time to remember those who have gone before us, and gave that ultimate sacrifice. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=a+pittance+of+time+terry+kelly&view=detail&mid=E5DDED3F4183A9B3B002E5DDED3F4183A9B3B002&FORM=VIRE -Yankyaeger, USN
  8. So, the PIrate Region Los Martires does not get a regional bonus? Or has it just not been found out?
  9. ok, line 21 (Should be Region: "Gulf", County: "Los Matires" -- wish there was a known Bonus for that area Thank you for all your hard work. Quite an endeavor. Very much appreciated. Also, as was noted in a previous post.. if a region is captured by another nation, and a ship is crafted, and the regional bonus changes for that region to suit.. will you be adding in varying nationalities per region? Could be confusing until its all ironed out.
  10. anyone craft anything in the Mortimer area? Just not seeing a listing for anything in that area yet. * Just an observation ... Line 4 & 34 of Spreadsheet are duplicates. Was wondering if either entry was intended for the Florida area.
  11. Oct 4th ... no patch. Still on track to release on or before the 8th? Will we get a "mini-notice" the day before, on log-in screen, stating it will occur over the "next" maintenance action? - that would be very welcomed. Thanks, -Yank/BvW
  12. yep .. When I first got the game... that is what I saw (back in March) ... it was not all "player initiated only" battles - as it is now. There used to be 1) "stationed" ships outside the ports -- that would initiate battle if you "got too close". 2) Had AI ships attempt to take you into battle if they were over-taking you on your heading. 3) A lot more traders were escorted by warships, than they are now. - Heaviest I see now is a Traders brig or Traders Snow escorted by a single Brig or Navy Brig But there is a very BROAD line/area between sailing endlessly without fear of battle, and the constant Gank-fest on PVP servers. Which could allow for some significant challenges, for the less PVP inclined encounters. Cheers, -Yank/BvW
  13. that's what I was thinking. if it's a Friendly port or a Freeport, then the fellow can come out as a smuggler in a warship. But if its not.. he will not be able to, nor will he be able to enter it, after battle, either with the smuggler tag. UNLESS! he is returning in the capped trader - but he would still need to have that port as an OP, or take the risk in sailing the trader after on, to another OP of his. An in regards to him being labeled a smuggler --- he does not have to be labeled as such, if you are. IIRC, he cant just "attack you" if you are same nationality, just because he has a smuggler tag on him --- YOU have to have the smuggler tag activated as well. Which is HOW he is able to attack you in the first place (if you are both the same nationality) But even after he runs into the port (with his impunity-ness) --lol ... he is now stuck in that trader! If its a foreign (non-Free/neutral) port (as you stated) - then he has NO OP there - most likely, and will have to sail out on something (ie the newly capped trader) - because he wont be able to sail out on a warship, from a Foreign port, regardless of his smuggler tag. Right? Cheers, -Yank/BvW
  14. hmmm - did NOT know that. Thanks. What does "Kite" mean? I have seen it in several different posts - but I am losing the reference here. In your statement is some form of "circumvention/avoid/evade"? Cheers, -Yank/BvW
  15. Well, just not sure exactly where you would submit this information, so I figure might as well try here. On PVE - there is a British LGV, that departs Savannah enroute to Sunbury. It cuts through the shoreline, across rocks, sand and beach. Just a heads up. I only see the Brit one doing that. Have not seen the French or US LGV's, do the same from that port. On PVP2, several French, US or British ships - regardless of type (trader/warships) cut through, across land, to the inlet port (cant recall its name) just NW of "New Orleans" -tucked deep into that inlet. The affected ships are following a southwesterly heading as they enter the channel. but they cut DEEP into the trees/inland - Missing the ACTUAL channel by at least 1-2 km. At some points you cannot see them at all due to the foliage, only to re-emerge just north of and near that inlet port. Cheers, -Yank addn: I would show screen shots, but they are buried in that folder somewhere.
  16. 360K for 4 notes? wow ... when it would just cost you 800 LH's, if you already had the coins (preferably from ship wrecks). at ZERO gold cost --- or if you had to make them from scratch, that's only 1040 hours. are you part of a CLAN? typically most clans combine their efforts to help reduce the cost and time it takes to turn around ships. I don't believe navalactioncraft.com places a 1.6M value on a GOLD connie. Higher prices just means slower sales, which equates to fewer ships being about when hostilities break out. My recommendation is hopefully you can maybe be a part of a clan, or at least form some alliance with one - one that benefits you both - so that you can craft ships to help your nation, level up faster, and maybe - just maybe, turn some profit. Cheers! -Yank
  17. 12:16 pm CST (Te nnessee, USA) .. problem still persists.. cannot log onto any servers due to Steams unfunctionality (down).
  18. ok, not seeing mention of this port.... will the West Florida Freeport (Coya Del Anclote), be affected at all in this transision? or will it remain a freeport?
  19. I had just asked that question in General discussions .. so it was just a relo on the server? if so... ok, just curious myself why the 6 minute Download. Obviously I need faster gerbals. Cheers!
