    Captain, there are no mails from address you mentioned in our support@navalaction.com mailbox. I've send a mail to him, most likely GPU does not support directx11 and shader model 5 features.

    There are the same issues as it were earlier with the US server, will be fixed.

    Капитаны, На данный момент времени сервер PVP One EU испытывает проблемы с функциональностью чата. Мы работаем над устранением проблемы. Потребуется рестарт сервера. Приносим извинения за неудобства.

    There were some problems with chat functionality on the server which required server restart. It is working now.

    Captains, At the moment there are some problems with chat functionality on PVP Two USA server. We are working on fixing the issue. The server will be restarted once the issue is fixed. Sorry for inconveniences.

    It seems it is a local issue (there is only 1 report about it at the moment) - please could you send fresh reports: right after the game crashed go to Steam Launcher and pick the 3rd option "Report Crash", then after you launched the game, also send F11 reports.

    You can exit in the battle menu to enter a friendly port or another workaround is to lower sails. Something might be done to solve it in the future but at the moment there are more critical priorities to be fixed. At the moment do not sail to point blank distance to instance land to avoid such cases.
