progression from the towns council goverment agreement when a chip builder get a level up there should be a reward from the port government giving it more space in the docks for instance ; level 12 one extra dock space for the shipbuilder in the dock reserved for ships to sell to the navy level 25 +1 extra dock space for ships (makes 2 extra dock spaces) level 40 +1 extra dock space for ships (makes 3 extra dock spaces ) level 50 +1 extra dock spaces for ships (makes 4 extra dock spaces) so max shipbuilders (lvl50) should have 4 port dock spaces more than normal ranked captains (no ship builders) who have the same amount of slots of 20 the ship building must give 4 dock places reserved for building ships (the room in docks for the navy ship builder(LVL 50), they have their OWN PLACE) situation now is that a high ranked captain who is not a shipbuilder has the same amount of dockspace its not fair to the shipbuilder who has to compete with 16 dock space and 4 dock space for building ships for the navy it is a unfair restriction ship builder level 50 should be 20 +4 dockplaces in port --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- my question and suggestion to the development team is, can this be implemented ?

it seems a pirate battle with some misunderstandings that can happen also who is boarding who is also confusing but bottom line is it is working as intended smuggler flag gives pirate battle, also fleet battle is also active, so i think nothing wrong here. it seems you need better comms on ts , or in chat> in nation. communication that is the only thing that prevents great confusion or mishap...but to often i see lonely traders on the water without clans or communication what ends up in this kind of situations sometime close to land circles are party on land and are difficult to join or approach(what still a thing to adjust) try to learn of this, the mechanic here is : communication to prevent misunderstandings. -the problem for the helping captain was the circle distance who became on land ,what made him a french captain not by choice ,but as the only option to help.

well maybe not,... the ai can kill the ship .... and enemy will certainly not come to your aid. it probably will help the ai by blocking evasive action

i think...... you ....should be able to push> the reinforce button :)) instead .. but that would be cheating for the zerg to work with alt again so yeah i think the choice is > reject button< going into a fight with other nations> attacking < ai is the only solution

i agree there should be a difference in ships for use i think ii is a good one also , turning as best of the other 2 first rates would benefit the use of the vic otherwise we never see that ship again in ow or battles

i do know that not every ship plan ,.. works out the same some times same ships differ greatly ..so yeah i think rng on the build is good but only in a better way not a awful one also starting ship builders, making elite ship, is premature i hope devs make ship builders invluence

what about : waterbook,fire book,windbook,groundbook,book of void,notes of best angle, cargo distribution, directing the fire,horizon ballistic, cannonage a bord,parts of ships of war, after 5ooo Search hours ...nothing !!! do you think i am willing to do pvp....you made me a ship builder with insufficient hours... can't buy or trade them what's your point .... i have the blueprints you can buy those , but that becomes a scam if you can not achieve your goal of making the books you need for doing pvp i doubt [or] is it a racial thing ... what is it otherwise ,can we expect some changes on this one..because after 5000 hours it looks like I can go to hell..You got the money...

well the game obviously needs more adventures! look for the adventure ......join the navy ..they said well.... painting hull and scrubbing deck... that's all .... what a life...

true but i am out of ports .. i only have 7 ports (for the fast territory i must controle) and a empty free slot for activities not specified i would rather see some more dependent ports i can use for npc trading / or more ports

well they raised the ban hammer twice on me , but huh... i survived it... but i and many others can not place the origin of the posts sometime...and that would not be necessary at all there are just to many "lazy" people, with big mouths screaming on the hollow paper of unclarity and in a Pickwickian sense

well you can see in my profile what nation is talking RvR can't see if you are a dane a frenchmen or a pirate and thats confusing sometimes especially for the occasional forum dweller you talk from a pub in a sunken continent .... oeps
