Tell the other captains (not yet criminalized captain's) what the punishment is ....perhaps that scares someone off , at this moment it is still a uncontrollable virus what happens every moment it seems just yelling at a captain, does not solves the problem... .vacation time ....(better deprive your rank , and a fine, and a picking action, and your bank account is zero) don't forget the cm, pvp and victory marks (all my actions are for nothing)

Many nations are represented in the caribbean of course there are small nations and larger nations but is there a restriction in the game that shows that? a small example pirates did not have many ports and did not rule over many islands is there also a maximum to the number of islands /ports a nation can possess? is there a max, ( there is a minimum...) or maximum like 25 ports for every nation or 10 for every clan discuss... ------------------------------------------------------- points of Thinking about: -The Zerg! -clan ownership for inactive clans -possession of ports owned by one ( zerg )unhistorical nation -difficulty of nations -small nations who are unrealistic big -big historical nations who have been one ported to a couple of ports.. - unrealistic port places -ecc... -game status on this point
  7. well its known... they bought back the captured ship..so i think a valid option for the conqueror of the ship [[ is a option to make for the developers when >> surrender the ship ]] of course the cargo is captured :))
  8. example: tobacco and rum taxed 100 % in some country s so tax should be free to /for the port owner to adjust actually BUT,..... its free on the water thow.....free tax zone international waters :)) for your remembrance (for most ) TAX free on airports....

  10. its 3.5 knots for capturing plus or negative if you go an negative -3 knots backwards,... from the other perspactor you go 3 knots forwards so, you do a 3 knots speed, (looked at > from any direction and therefore capturable ) you on the other hand know you go -3 knots because you want to go in the other direction ,or in a wanted backwards direction ,but the fact stays you are going only+/- 3 knots -3.5 or + 3 .5 is still capturable it does not matter what you want, or look at it. distance : is a full ship length... (they used even harpoon to drag you in from a far distance, > so valid gameplay ) Marines prepare for boarding...and do your duty.. sailors .. throw out the boarding ankers and catch the price men. its almost dead in the water pull her in and no mercy .... prepare ...for BATTLE 9
  11. i agree, if it goes with the fleet, it is a almost 30 degrees(upwards) shut down and sails away backwards from the pursuit . kinda lame the captain was a cowart they say in the tavern (not that the captain was a cowart but, you will understand) its a bit like: drunken tales on a sober sailor ...

  14. nice thought ,but than you will never see a cutter battles in your entire life if it is a serious hostility battle people are not dumb (well... most of them) so in that case you can assume it is trolling battle>>> to loor defenders in battle (what is a tactic) ot: fun for small nation here a example why it is not ! misses the balance completely...
  15. hostility battle can be seen as small port battles -were also forts and towers must be included (so that means small coastal battles) "coastal hostility battles" [and do not apply coastal fleets ] -with a minimum of 5 attacker players (gives also 5 defender players entrance) -and not more than 2 hostility battles for the setting of the port timer... -a 10 minute player defender timer for the interruption of the hostility battle otherwise hostility battle fail to often . -also schalow ports gives only shallow ships to use.. -after two raised hostility battles the set for the port battle is as it is now (small nations have a hard time fielding 4x10 people ) under: the second hostillity failed by a defender OP force 11 vs 25 (i consider this unfair force fighting, on initial npc pve turms> to become a sudden pvp open full battle)
  16. If attacker comes in first rates - NPC will come with first rates. If attackers come in cutters - NPC will come in cutters. attackers come with cutters what happens when defender players enter that hostility battle with first rates? will this be possible or restricted

  22. well actually if you reach a certain crew ranks is should be given to the captain as a gift after all there is always a officer at your crew who can do the job if you have the crew rank fleet perk is a weird perk indeed (it does not belong there)
  23. well my docks are full with ships i use for my own command, just like the not shipbuilder captain, but can't build another ship for beginning captains . but i think it has nothing to do with safe zones...for me save zones are not important . if it is a( building ships) question
