  1. don't want to be rude,... but this " something" is not going to work. you do understand that there are captains, who have no clue ....of what you talk about... the game needs logic and simplicity.
  2. well for example when a ship became a fireship all of the guns were removed so in that particular case there were no guns at all just a example how did they use ships and guns on tactical reason a fire ships was a fast floater and drift like a monkey. fire at the gun holes https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fireships_of_the_Royal_Navy Rebuilt fireships The earlier fireships Griffin and Speedwell of 1690 were rebuilt between 1700–3. The Speedwell was broken up to be rebuilt as a sixth rate in 1715, leaving the Griffin as the only remaining fireship in the navy by that point. The Phoenix of 1694 was rebuilt in 1709, but was reclassified as a sixth rate in 1711. These three vessels became the last purpose-built fireships in the navy until the 1780s, though numbers of vessels were taken up and converted throughout the eighteenth century. Speedwell (rebuilt and launched in 1702) Griffin (rebuilt and launched in 1702) Phoenix (rebuilt and launched in 1709) I see a update : Fireships coming to the game.( and smoke all around me , like fog on the river in the early morning.....and it smells like .....sulfur. )
  3. you mean... a daily upkeep from your ships in docks ? - i think that is a other subject but you can put it in suggestions
  4. nah... some ships do 50 years life span (just by repairing in dock) and not 4 weeks.
  5. first of all. agree with op and also to ad one factor more Well, and not only woods to gunweight. but also to make it more realistic, what about the following : -heavier wood types are harder to repair , because of the weight -the heavier the wood > the slower and lesser the repair damage for crew to repair woods for example: the heavier the guns the more reloading time we got , but i do not see this in the repair wood types.... fir is easy (softer) to handle and carve , hard tropical woods are harder to handle and carve .
  6. COULD HAVE USED TRADER BRIGS- IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE SAME RESULT. LOOKING FOR THE MANUAL - CAN'T FIND THE ENCYCLOPEDIA. SORRY @admin I MISS THE SKILLS FOR THAT
  7. Old bonds from the past are coming back in our memory. Dejavu
  8. it seems that Denmark is shaking on its foundations. so i believe you have to deal with this instead of like rejecting the subject. it looks like and it seems that the swedish nation is after the destruction of the danish nation.... As a relative of my cousin , i must take sides and give my support on the danish nation ...(you know because of my many friends in aguadilla ....who are making mosaic)
  9. Oke, so what does that means, my friends are in trouble ? is the compleet nation in turmoil or is it local affair , because my cousin lives in aguadilla and makes mosaic. And captain Staun who is a honorable captain hates war,.... although he has sunk some captain lately what surprised me highly ... never been in sweden but i heard the stockfish is salt...bah...
  10. well ..why remove port bonus ??? why not port bonus and , and perk system port officers people always have a sense to remove stuff.... don't ask for such stuff...ask for more :_))

    Quote of the day

"when a seed is planned, it usually settles on the bottom of the ocean"
  12. well you failed in your attempt to put a mindset on the russians, (it is clearly seen by the dutch) and if you have had succeeded in your attempt you could have walked away with it but you are discovered early... la perouse from the French....! or whatever your current name is, we will soon find out what your ingame clan and name is. you and your clan and nation will feel the dutch soon enough... " my taunting to provoke a war between the two ""(your words) "when a seed is planned, it usually settles on the bottom of the ocean" (quote of the day) on the other hand it is weird the russians don't see it.... but then again bad vodka have their favor.... it seems........ and it looks if they are easy toys for the french rebellions. the french can do what ever they like with the russians (well at least REDS former pirate clan)
  13. the russians have fallen in the trap..... set up by many foreign captains....... causing this pressure on cartagena de india in a bloody war....
  14. ? because i was sunk in the second battle (before the big one) and had no ships available perhaps?...... and i went into battle with a admiralty ship to fase the christian again ... you forgot the word : " very" >> very competent players.... (a little more respect will suit your mouth indeed.)
  15. i know... its early in the morning and you need coffee...:))
  16. as if you do not know ? says a face rising above the waterline ...we all know what some are trying to do ...(you included) "its a trap set up by other nations to lure the russians in a war they never asked for."
  17. sure translate this! Duh..
  18. Under political pressure. from other nations (?) the russians fall in the trap laid up by toxic spies finally the Russians have come under open pressure to the opinion of other Member States. who, laughing in their fists, just watch the Russians fall into their trap which resulted in a kamikaze attack on one of the gates of the vp The result is a deterioration defender northviking who agrees with his "of course" and a boastful tone. but of which he has no reason to justify their actions but to proclaim "public opinion forced me to" the first contact was made by the coastguard who later received reinforcement from the national coastal command. after a long and almost full battle int ended up in this result in the latest hours of the day ,
