  7. As I understand "during" the next 3 months those ships will be released. For example this month Leopard next month one of the remaining 2 vice versa. Dont forget it seems like friday is unofficial patchday^^ Fingers crossed

  9. That makes senses to me as long all guns are somewhat a valid choice (having 18pd cannons vs 32pd carros in mind). While during battle the fighting distance is currently for both in pen range it all comes down to dmg. Therefore I thought carronades are balanced by crew requirements. Even small crew casualty are penalised by reload speed because of high gun crew numbers. Adjusting guns to historical values should although be applied to their crews or at least their crew a bit lowered, in my opinion. Historical advantage was the close range punch and the crew count (easy to operate isnt really important in current crew mechanics) and this is what Carronades should be when long guns reign supreme at distance.

  11. To be honest we hello kittyed up a bit. First 4 people wanted a share then someone changed his mind and I had to divide by 5. But I agree. Dividing by 2, 4, 8, 16 ... isnt a problem its easy to achive by "split"ing each new stack. For all other divide combinations its better use "split" and type in the amount. Still a lot of clicking I agree. But how often loot gets shared this way? I guess common used divide is by 2 and this is fine.
  12. When you always joined late. Because thats how its done like you said. Why it didnt come to your attention before 😉 There are many things to try out not only the battle itself.
  13. The joke how you call it is in for a month. And there was almost 4 weeks of preperation. The mechanic was there to try out without any risk for around 4 weeks. Admin even told to try out, to learn and adept for when the safety switch is turned off. While someone does it always this way doesnt mean its the right way. If the 4 weeks had been used efficient it would have been a known thing to your nation. There is no reason to insult devs here.
  14. @admin While it was brought up: Why is the L'hermione raited 215 BR as 12pd frigate when endymion has 280BR and Diana 250BR as 24pd friagte. Belle Poule an other 12pd frigate is rated 180BR?
  15. Its only a grind when its played this way. When pvp is the main goal Sure a playe can unlock the ship slots before starting to pvp Sure a player can grind to first rates before starting to pvp But this player could take a privateerand sail out to pvp almost right away
  16. I recommend you to use the search function. Even during 2017 you will find posts thats the game is dying because of implementations that are now ditched. To say game was better 2017 isnt true taking forum as indicator.
  17. This sounds like repetitive and boring activity (Guess these are people rating NA as grind game) . I can say it was fun to map the gusts. Had 2 battles while scouting them out. The thrill on the way to the port and afterwards with the chest was real and whole grp was happy as we brought the chest home. Just the payday was a bit spoiling the fun. But overall i rate it as a very nice gaming evening.
  18. Out of Prussian point of view 30 mins is way to optimistic as way back. 45 min up to 1h is more realistic for our raid tragets even with gusts.
  19. Sorry that this small word soon which means in game industry something like within the next 2 years caused so much confusion. Definition of soon(TM) Describes something that we are told is coming soon (game updates, TV shows, etc.) but we have heard it enough times to know better. And yes @LeBoiteux is right my statement is related to that admin post. And regarding priorities Rebalance can be part of the combat improvement.

I was just happy that we had a mission against a russian port and not vs Spain or Brits like usual and that i could motivate 5 other people. We had to take whats available. Lucky as hell that the mission and the npc raid + player pb all lined up perfectly. Planning had to be done within the 8h before everything happened.

  22. Normally Russia can screen + have a portbattle fleet. Both battles were defending portbattles so only 2 fleets required. Russia owns a huge territory. Maybe they encounter the first signs of being overextended? who knows. In my opinion both battles were possible to fight for russia especially as whole nation. But maybe it was childish stubbornness paired with a try to proof their point in not showing up to a player rvr fight so it can later be said: "Npc raids are shit" while meaning dont touch the status quo. But ofc just guessing here
  23. NPC Raiders and Brits attacking Russia gave Prussia content. In my opinion NPC Raiders arent a bad mechanic. The trigger mechanic tho could be improved.
