What an unworthy spectacle. An Russian Alt-clan under the Prussian flag is passed through the Gulf due to an equally unhistorical front line system. In order to then presumably do some faked actions that are in accordance with the rules but have absolutely no place in a game that deals with the war in the Caribbean of the 18th / 19th century.

This is how you want to win back old players? I have doubts....

I've noticed the most frequent toxic chat in Nation and Help chat.  PMs, Group and Clan chat seem to be okay.  I've been able to deal with rude players with the Ignore feature.  But, Nation and Help chat could still be a pain for Game Labs.

To effectively adress toxic players, Help and Nation chat should be eliminated.  Problem solved for Game Labs.  The issue can shift to Discord or other platforms.

Also Ignore should apply to Battle chat

You can't do that. The demand for alts was created, you have to reduce the demand.
Giving everyone multiple character per account WOULD help, because everyone gets an eco or 2nd nation alt by default.
And that has a benefit of limiting alts to 1 client, no dual booting accounts. You can be stricter on these types.|
NA needs to see upwards player progression. If that gets halted because of outpost limits you get alts.

How about you do it? You seem to be a pro? It’s 11-52 exactly here. I will check back in a few.

The problem with alts is that they tried to remove them, instead of doing what every other mmo does, embrace them and make the game work already considering that everyone would have alts. Building the game around the idea that every player would have multiple characters from the start is what should've been done from the get go. There's not much that can be done about it now. 
An easy solution for toxicity in chat would've been to at least start by doing the same thing that's done in this forum. Replacing hello kitty/hello kittying etc with random funny words. Replacing any and every possibly offensive word in game chat. Many games do it. Yet here it was never even attempted. Probably cause the game chat wasn't even built to handle censoring words. Short sighted development like much of the rest of NA.

Yea man exactly. Alts are only so powerful because hard limits like limits on number of outpost, limits on contracts and limits on dock space.
An alt will guarantee you more of these things while there is nothing one character can do to compete on the same level.
3 chars per server like E.V.E, that would tip the scale a bit without being any harsh to those who bought more accounts.

If you look back it would have been even better to do this from the start, because less people would buy extra accounts.
Those accounts look good on paper but are a drag on the active playerbase because they lock regular players out.
