  18. Greetings, could you please send F11 report in-game and also you can locate the most recent output_log text file in the game directory (e.g. C:\Games\Ultimate AdmiralAge of Sail\Ultimate AdmiralAge of Sail\default\game\build_Data) and send it to info@ultimateadmiral.com

  23. Greetings, could you please clarify if that is your first login to the game or you have played in past? In case "recover password" is not clickable, please try a different browser or open it through mobile browser (are you using any email client software?)
