Tutorial rewards

I have a doubt of tutorial rewards. I saw one time in forum admin saying that delete your account and making tutorial again dont give you any reward... My question is if rank experience is incluiding on that, or not. I mean, if i finish the tutorial in same steam account again with a new player craeated, my xp rank boost or not?

Once you’ve completed the exams, the rank boost is tied to the steam account. It may come in the form of redeemable XP on the new character, however. I don’t remember.

special reward (flag) for holding the record in a exam?  reset the record board once every month?

As Farrago said your rank is tied, so if you make a new char you will come back as  Master Com, but the rewards are a one time thing so you won't get them again.  Kinda making the Tutorial not effective if you done them before.  I kinda wish they where tied to you account in that if I did them on one server I don't have to do them again on another......lol  I was doing them the other week on PvE just in case I ever go play and to get some repairs.  I just hate doing the turtorial parts over and over when I just need to knock off the last exam and final.

This should be great! Both to be able to restart from the lower rank or to redo the exams after a reset for players who don't like tiny ships.
