I can access the tweets at twitter but cannot search for them anymore, query is empty. As I use this query for my map, it is not updated anymore. Any ideas? @qw569

Twitter sometimes hides accounts of autonomous robotic organisms from search.

It usually takes about a week to understand that they are wrong.

I write letter to Twitter support

Hey @qw569, any chances it would be possible to get a tweeted digest, or even just a cataloged version of Combat News provided in JSON format via some kind of web request?Β  I don't know what kind of infrastructure you have in place that is generating the Twitter feed but I was thinking it would be very nice to parse Combat News in different ways than you are doing currently (e.g. create heatmap of kills, etc.). Feel free to PM me if you'd like to discuss.

I was trying to find a solution to automate the process of collecting combat news, but without success.

I love your thinking....a heatmap and other such tools would be wondrous!

Is this project still ongoing?ο»Ώο»Ώ

Yes it's still working.

But Mishka began to generate more information than before.

For example, today it generated information about 56 ports. And it's very easy to get lost in these messages. :D

TIP

If you want to view information on specific ports, you can use the query.

For example. Information about Blondel Cay and Salina Point (from:zz569k "Blondel Cay" OR "Salina Point" )

PS

Maybe I will increase the threshold from 5% to more.

Mishka reports a change in hostility only when it has changed by more than 5%.

if abs(new_hostility - old hostility) > 5 then make_tweet

Some important changes are missing in the report. For example

Port
Attacker
Hostility
Date (UTC)
New Old Diff

Triunfo de la Cruz (Neutral) WRN (Great Britain) 14.1 11.8 2.3 2019/01/31 13:47:14

Hostility reached 14.1%, and Mishka did not say anything about it.

So i'm going to return old formula.

Experimental feature πŸ˜ƒ

Information about scheduled port battles is publishing in Google Calendar.

Some screenshots of how it looks in my phone

This is amazing!

What timezone are these published in? It's showing three PBs during my Friday evening but I'm US Pacific time and nothing cool ever happens in my evenings, so I'm guessing this is server time?

Date / Time in the calendar uses the UTC time zone.

But when I open the calendar in my phone, then all the date / time is converted to the time zone of my device.

Yes, my map bot cannot get any data from the twitter bot (https://twitter.com/search?f=tweets&q=from%3Azz569k).

Too many PBs, too many messages.

Twitter consider Mishka a spammer and blocks him in a search query.

@qw569Β - fantastic! May I ask, how do you get the data that Mishka publishes? My guess would be that you are reading the data from the game client. If you have to be discrete about your method, I understand and don't expect an answer.

Have you considered pushing the data in other ways than Twitter (e.g. a json feed)?

I am particularly interested in getting clan warehouse log data (money log and resource log) for clan accounting purposes. Any suggestions?
