  1. Line ship PB: 7500 BR = 11 Santisimas (maxed out BR) Frigates PB: 3500 BR = 14 Idefaticables (maxed out BR) Shallow water PB: 1100 BR = 15 Mercurys (Maxed out BR)
  2. Concept for 'Let Clans Customize PB'. This is how I see it can work. By using triangle it can help you find what you are looking for. -Maximum given BR is displayed in the circle (Red) -Pyramid is cut in half to represent (threshold) line. -Threshold line once crossed will start consuming points starting from the very top of pyramid (1st rates). The more ships you add after threshold line the less larger ships will be allowed in Port Battle. *If you cross Threshold on 1st rates then 2nd rates will shrink. If you cross Threshold on 2nd rates, 1st rate numbers will shrink. How can we figure out the maximum BR? Well we need to start from the top and fill half the pyramid with perfect balance. This could be: 2 -1st rates 2 - 2nd rates 5 - 3rd rates 4 - 4th rates 6 - 5th rates 6 - 6th rates Calculate the total sum. ex. Using BR chart take the highest BR value per rate group 2x650, 2x450, 5x400 etc.. find out max Threshold BR. Tune the numbers to get the best result. This will fill half the pyramid and won't cross Threshold line. If you start increasing numbers in any rate group, then starting from 1st rates all maximum values will start shrinking (bleeding).
  3. @admin, could you be more specific on what are you looking for. Combinations of ships for shallow, 4th rate and 1st rate PBS? Give me more info and I will see what I can do. Also, is this BR chart correct? If not please provide one, so we can use it to construct combinations. BR chart.   4. Nothing wrong with that ship. Great starting 4th rate for new guys. Boost Agamemnon numbers as it became obsolete.

  8. That is how they broke this game back in the days when Devs trusted Polls so much. You can make 10 accounts under an hour, warm them up and vote for what you need to vote. It's always a great idea to stick to what this game needs and use polls as a reference.
  9. Protractor is a very accurate tool. What else do you need? 1. Exit port + set protractor over it. Draw the line to your next destination. 2. Look on Compass, red marker appears and you just follow it. 3. Once reached your destination reset protractor and draw new line. 4. Always know where you are and always check compass.
  10. I know, just showing what will happen and what can be done in order to keep 1 tow working. We don't want it to slow down pvp in any way.
  11. If player purchased his ship in the Capital, had his outpost near action zone. He then used tow to the nearest outpost, started pvp and got sunk. Now his gameplay is over because he is limited to 1 tow. If he had 3 tows. Player jums back to Capital and buys another ship, then he jumps back into action zone again. 3 tows are perfect and enough for a good pvp run with 2 tries per day. By tries I mean you get sunk 2 times. This will also boost ship demand for ship builders. I would also, suggest to stock ports with cheap durable frigates, so players can always pvp in no time. In this case 1 tow will be enough.
  12. Change some shallow ports to deep. Don't do it in shallow. You will cut hands and legs from anyone who will try to play those nations. Simply do this and make few ports around them capture from the start with ability to craft some ships. 'Engineers started work on deep port near Shroud Cay'. Change Shroud Cay name to something else?
  13. I am glad you realized the cause of this landslide. Don't worry about ratings right now. -Add new UI -Add ships customization back and flags. -Add tutorial system similar to Albion Online. -Add event/mission group finder, clan search tool. This is a must to help new guys get into social gaming faster. In fact I quit Potbs right after I purchased it, but then tried it again and got clan invite at the same time, played that game for over 5 years and couldn't leave my clan. Reward those who join clans. -Add treasure chests and keys. Treasure maps. This will keep casuals busy. -Have weekly/monthly events. Kill 25 super strong NPC ships and get drops. Collect drops and exchange them for ships and other cool unique things. Event's must be announced ahead of time so all players prepare. Events must spawn in all corners of the world at the same time to make sure all people have a chance. Events spawn every 2 hours daily, weekly , monthly. Events must be available to all who want to participate. In fact no one does Epic events you have in the game right now. They are useless. Such events must be displayed on map with clear reward and gold info. ex. Open world map check event spawn locations. Check their requirements and reward. Register. Must be in required ship and Rank. Send out public epic event request to chat. 10/25 Epic Event near Port Royal. Captains wanted. Once full any member can start it. These features will get your ratings back no problem. Good luck .
