We the Verenigde Provincien hereby find the the pirates a direct threat to our state. -raising hostilities throughout our land above 20% without explanation -screening us out of port battles -directly supplying our enemies with ships and war supplies Our agreement in regards to not attacking our ports for us not attacking pirate ports is now in question. We reigned in all players that were attacking pirate ports and kept them at bay for weeks. This also was explained to the pirates who greatfully understood, and accepted. We have gotten no explanation as to why our ports have been attacked. Therefore we find it in our best interest to retaliate. Bring us fortune or doom, to war we shall go.

as i asked Stroop. when was the last time our rogues even tried to raise hostility? we got them under control. unlike sweden. not to mention they never triggered any PBs. benny has triggered 12.

what other regions that we own give us mahogany? Especially so close. The pirates want their home regions, we want ours. Its the same thing Stroop. The regions on and around butterfly were agreed to give back, but only once we were secured and not threatened. You do not know the politics of the Dutch nation any more, and as such do not talk like you do. We wouldnt even mind a french swede dutch dane alliance if it were to truly mean peace and security in terms of not getting wiped. However it doesnt. And let me ask you the last time our rogue players raised hostility in the castries, let alone trigger 3 port battles in two days. They havent in a while and didnt. So dont play all high knowing here this time, the situation with the swedes is different. Their rogue clan of 5 has triggered about 12 port battles. We want to keep our ports secured. I am sorry that france allied with the swedes, that is not my problem only theirs. it is however our problem to deal with if they ever act on that alliance again. Security is everything. We have little faith in agreements that say dont put anyone down to such and such ports or take these regions. Instead we have faith in standing strong and keeping those regions through pvp in a pvp server. If the pirates ever attack our regions we will turn on them with our full force. Just as we would expect you to do the same. This isnt just some Dutch thing. And after being dutch for a while stroop you know that our regions are valuable and we dont have a lot, not nearly like the US or GB, each region gives us something valuable that we need. So dont play like you dont understand that. Which is why we have sympathized with the pirates because we know that struggle, which is why we havent triggered Castries. We could care less about your threat on us if we do at this point. Its more of a materials thing. We get it. we have the same issue if we lose any of these southern ports.

Trinidad is our only spanish hunter bonus, thats pretty much a no. And orinoco is our mahogany and strong hull region. If they touch those. we will kill them. Its like your silver port. Perhaps we should shy away from suggesting ports to give away from other nations to other nations for now. Or some radicals might see that suggestion and take up arms against the pirates in our nation that are capable of triggering PBs very quickly.

This is blasphemy in and of itself! -If and more than likely when we do ally with GB in order to keep our borders secured during our war with sweden, denmark, and what looks to be france soon (hopefully they dont act on their newly found alliance) we would like to remind you that working together will be furthering several agendas we believe that we share in common. -As you understand with Sweden, the actions of a few individuals should be focused only on those individuals. Our quarrel with sweden at this point is only with non RISE members and solely kept to encourage pvp on the server and grow our nation. This has been successful. -Even the danes have set aside their hatred for Benny, i am sure you can do the same for the few individuals that were just in major combat blood lust, if not i understand, but do not condemn our whole nation by it. We look forward to seeing you on the high seas, oh and btw, not 10 minutes after we saw each other last i captured benny twice, and his fleet ships twice within 5 minutes of each battle with him. The best place to find non RISE swedes would not be in their territory but ours. They are currently on a massive offense with their backing of 30 active danish players. o7 Happy hunting, and may the winds be with you. Unless you are trying to kill me. hm, well id still really like a dev to check it out, because thats just something we have never heard of. I have gone around the server already and asked everyone online and no one has heard of this before.

the only thing id like to address is we havent attacked danish ports yet. Our plans may be to do that if they show up to the PBs against us, especially in our home region, but this hasnt been discussed yet. We ultimately just want these PB times to be fixed. Thats our main point right now haha

I swear to God if the devs make the Dutch ships a kickstarter/go fund me campaign to get implemented i will quit. Absolutely not. PUT YOUR GAME ON SALE ONCE IN A WHILE and you will see purchases skyrocket.

In terms of giving france and sweden giving their stuff back, we actually did, save for butterfly to slow down the war supply bombs, you can make hundreds from that region a day if you use alts. then they kept going into our stuff... And whoever it was that says that sweden doesnt attack dutch home ports. guess what, another 3am port battle down there. You guys really have forgotten what benny is like havent you? he hasnt changed lets just put it that way. Devs need to figure out a way to balance out these stupid pb times. its bs for the ausies to be forced to fight american times and certainly more so the other way as there are more US players on the NA server. DEVS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, do anything. NA players cant even trigger PBs during their prime time. wtf. <- biggest pet peve at the moment by far. And to the DANISH nation. Chailang. If you really want to show that you dont support benny and arent in bed with him, Danes wont show to our home port port battles with Benny. We know this isnt Rian's doing, only Benny and his group, so if you really want to show this, then dont show up and work with him on such a large scale. If you do show up it seems pretty clear you are working directly with Benny i am afraid. We do understand this and respect your choice either way, I just wanted to point out how your actions would be perceived and taken. God's speed to all NA players o7 May the winds be in your favor (unless you are sailing around to kill us haha) and the loot be worth the battle!

a full year will be the 28th.... and chailang isnt stupid. at all. he knows after the whole dutch dane war 6 months ago (which if 11 months ago isnt history 6 months ago isnt) that whole alliance thing was ended. how that war started i really dont know, i was on a break then, i am sure it had something to do with Benny, woopdy do. But no, it is clear that 11 months ago is history. If that isnt History, then you dont get to say the whole putting everyone to one port thing is history, you get to decide. I say its all old history.
