It has been a 3 week long race. The First leg was long in Panama was initial hard fights around Playon, with the British front falling and allowing France to get a strong foothold in Panama. The second leg was the British Nation responded in force, capturing back all Panama ports with the French escaping to the North Yuctan being handed ports by the Spanish. The British front held throughout the week against relentless French/Spanish attacks. The third leg started off this weekend the French final bastion at Mugeres was captured. Before it was captured a trader lynx escaped to Jagua, and the french were given a port by the Pirates. The British responded by capturing surrounding ports around Jagua, but again a Traders lynx escaped the British Blockade to plant on another port given to the French by the Pirates at Manzanilla. Tonight the french were finally sent back home to Fort Royal as their last port at Manzanilla was captured. It was a good race, that i know the British have enjoyed and glad to fight strong and organized nation that France is. I do hope similar thoughts are shared by our French counter parts.

Just a side note though here, understand we are Australian. We dont have any of your real world Euro political bias towards any European nation. It is your own sensitivity regarding nationalities, not our xenophobia. We just call it as we see it.

Russians were mentioned 'ONCE' in the op. Your only response to was to call it xenophobic. Instead of talking about the war between Britain and France. Ok you want to talk about it? without referring to Russians. Done. I will try to sum up months of political/war going on's in very simple terms. The Danish/Pirates/Dutch were allied, The Danes smashed France and brokered a peace with you. The Danes organized with the Dutch to allow the french through their territory to be able to attack Britain. The French have been used as tools by the Danes/Pirates to keep us occupied so we dont have the time/manpower to attack them. Pretty simple hey?

No he said there is a Danish-Norwegian/French alliance. Of course there are a multitude of nationalities in every nation, but you think the [RUS] clan is what? Somalian? No one ever said the French nation is Russian, to state so is silly of course. Does the French nation dance to their Russian overlords tune? Of course. Also the British nation has been accused in nearly every dam thread talking about the British to be the Australian Empire. Keep up on the forum trends mate.

There is no xenophobia about Russians mate, as stated in the thread the pirates made. 10-14 is Russian prime time, and have vowed to attack all ports in that time. To deny the fact that Russians exist in this game, is burying your head in the sand. All these posts about Australians are xenophobic then, if anyone ever cries about Australian timers, i will cry the racist/xenophobic card like you do mate.

You guys have to understand one simple thing, from the start of this new map. Every western part of the British Empire was captured by Australians, we have a right to set the timers on our PRIME TIME, not yours. Get over it and move on. You have bought flags against us every night for the past week, just because your not successful with your attacks you want to cry on the forums about port timers, no one here mentioned port timers until french players did. This thread does not need to be lock, all posts referring to port timers need to be removed from this thread and put into the Port Battle suggestion thread.

The British Royal Navy has valiantly chased the French all over the Caribbean, from Panama to the Yuctan. We must now chase them down in South Cuba, due to their Spanish allies allowing them to occupy their ports. The British Royal Navy will follow, we will pursue, to make sure they go back to Fort Royal. RP enough?

Ohh Chappy dont you know? We are suppose to set timers for when we are sleeping to give other people content in the game! We aint suppose to put timers on that we want to defend, we must set timers that firstly are on when we are sleeping, secondly in the exact prime time of our enemies. If we dont then thread after thread of national news is filled with salty tears.

It is a stretch caling it a 'exploit' Did you see a single British player complaining when it was done to corrientes? Show me a thread or a single post about it. It was done MULTIPLE times to corrientes, and to counter it we just moved our screening fleet to prevent it from being planted from behind. We adapted, we didnt come to the forums to complain about it. The fact that the range to plant the flag goes past some stretches of land is a oversight from developers on certain ports. It isnt a 'exploit' To come on and complain about it after it has been used by those same people is rich....

How were you guys planting the corrientes flag? Love people calling out exploits saying its shit etc when they have used it it in the past.

Wow Herminator. I feel your pain as a fellow diplomat, but also im sitting back and laughing my ass off. Finally glad that our opposites are finally having this same issue. This is what other nations diplomats have been dealing with since the start of the game! No one else had the balls to make a tribunal thread about it though. To ask for a clan to forced to go pirate by the devs because they are not following other clans diplomacy is hilarious. Inter-clan diplomacy is just as important as national diplomacy. So start working on that end Hermie, it pays off wonders in the end.

Tsunami, again as Musuko stated. You expect another nations diplomat to run around talking to each and every clan and make sure they are all in agreement? Thats not my job mate. Spend enough time talking to the British clans making sure they are in agreement let alone dealing with anothers. Do you think the danes spoke to every french clan? Or every swedish clan? No they spoke to representatives of all the clans. The lack of unity between the spanish clans is what got them into this situation. That's why on the spanish forums they have been calling for a council, and why i hear there was/is going to be a council meeting. I'm glad to hear this, and i do hope they can come to agreements together to chose a course of action. No matter what ever that action may be.

I really can't be bothered repeating myself over and over. How the hell are we meant to know the inter clan nation diplomacy of a nation? One person will say one thing, and another will tell a completely different story. Thats how it is completely different from dealing with France/Sweden. They are not disunified nations and can talk with a single voice. UNITE! Simple. Instead of blaming each other in a blame game of what clan made what deal, what each clan did to screw up said deals etc. Ohh your clan is to small to care/know this etc. Ask EVERY clan to come to a council and vote! Want to talk about competence? When ever has any spanish diplomat except for Gaizka come to the brititsh before this? There was no diplomacy! Tsunami, again i didnt even know who the hell you were untill after everything went belly up. You only had a handful of posts on the forums, no one announced themselves as diplomats etc. You can not expect diplomats from other nations to CHASE down 8 different diplomats from all these different clans and try to make deals with each one! Its up to the nation to unify itself and talk with ONE voice. Its not up to the other nation, to chase every clan diplomat and try to unify a dam deal with each one. THAT IS THE LACK OF DIPLOMACY. Find a single voice. Then we can talk.

This is the issue, other than Gaizka representing the Spanish council at the time. Do you think we heard from ANY spanish diplomats? Do you think RAE or any other clan from southern cuba lifted a finger to come talk to us before all this happened? With this massive division between the spanish clans, it is impossible to chase down every individual clan diplomat and find out where they are, what their clans ambitions are, and how to make sure that ONE clan doesnt attack you. This is a impossibility. I didnt even know EI/CORSO/RACC existed untill they attacked us. If these other clans had interests in the away they should a british diplomat down for a chat! Another massive isssue on both sides here is that we are just faceless walls of text, i do believe most individuals when sat down and talking can get along and have empathy for their fellow human being. Again do you think since this was any Spanish have contacted me? Not hard to find ANY british teamspeak (i sit on about 7 of them at a time). When i did go join the RAE teamspeak a few days ago, i got banned instantly. The spanish dont want to talk, thats fine. They are talking with their guns at the moment. Which we enjoy I do believe still though if two human beings sat down together, they can understand each others plight and see reason. Untill then let our cannons roar!

Again as i stated. Spain is not united. We were dealing with Gaizka, a representative of the Spanish council at the time. Yet the spanish council didnt include RACC, this is the issue in dealing with Spain. No unity. Also learning from the Danes with dealing with the french... Very different situations. Just a note, i was the British diplomat who was sent to listen in to the deal made between Danes with the Swedish and French. So i do have some knowledge on that situation. Firstly they had not made any deals that had fallen through, France got hit hard and then a deal was offered. The danes keep 2 ports near the french to ensure the french dont backstab them. Same with the swedes. France and Sweden both had councils and could talk for their nation. So peace deals could be offered and accepted. With Britain and Spain. In the British view they would make a deal with RAE (and as you stated stuff went south in south cuba), Then make a deal with what is though and told to be a representative of all the other spanish clans except from RAE, and then we are attack by RACC and EI. At this point we simply found it impossible to make any long lasting deal with spain, If we make a deal with one set of clans, the other want something else, and vice versa its like dealing with two different nations in the same nation. Unity, Unity, Unity.

Quiet a accurate description! The two issues though, the deal with Gaizka we were ready to accept and wanted to do. Then other people stepped in and started attacking Southern cuban ports. Then the proposal from yourself tsunami, wasnt in the eyes of the british a fair one. Comming to the table asking for 16 ports was not something Britain as a whole could accept. Unfortunately we couldnt come to any other terms to sort it out in time, and relations broke down after that. The number one issue Britain has with Spain is that at this point they still can't speak with a unified voice. No terms of peace can come about unless Spain is unified under a council system of some sort. The war will continue as long as Spain is divided. The fact that RACC and other Spanish have re rolled pirate and helping prop up the spanish is also continuing the war. Now if a unified Spain wants war, thats fine. They will get it. They do need to unify under some sort of system, what ever system it may be. Also to state that Britain is scared? You are very wrong on that. We are lucky we are a populated nation. That cover all time zones and can field fleets at all timezones. Being attacked on 3 fronts is driving us into more resolve than anything else. We can do port battles around the clock, and our guys are having a blast doing it!
