Will there be some announcements on what we can expect from this release? will we see more nations discussed on future plans and a wider map and such or will we be still playing just the Caribbean and immediate area around? also will the exceptional ships be bound to the steam account like the yacht or will they be bound to the character used to log in during that time period and will there be time played barriers to get those ships, eg. play for 1 hour to get 1 ship, 6 to get another? Big congratulations and thanks to the team all round though, you guys deserve huge success in a truly great game

I think they should be able to capture and raid, but make it much harder to hold control over ports as they don't have a formal military to use in protection. When it comes to ships, They shouldnt have mainstream large ships but have unique smaller ships with extra guns and men similar to the privateer.

I have one now but when I did have the problem I had deleted my old character to use the same name when switching from neutral to Britain, the redeem doesn't carry over if you do this and I had to wait almost the full 2 days, Thought you might like to be made aware

Yes you burned down a large chunk of the Arsenale including almost all of the records and naval architecture, Looted anything of any value over the few years of French reign, then eventually used the city as a bargaining chip for peace with Austria. I think I will stick with the British thanks, they know how to best serve the French navy. You know, as a cold chunky soup for the fishes to feast on!

Depends if they release any of their future plan nations with the next update, ideally I would like to play Venice but if not I will likely stick to Britain.

I think really I think we would need to know more about what is finished behind the scenes to understand whether its ready for release or not. From what I understand there is a lot we don't have access to for now.

How future are these future plans and when will these be playable? I am actually the most excited I have been in a while about the chance to play Venice! Please say they will be about after the next hard wipe? Also Will the 6 Tails of the Venetian flag fly properly and independently of each other like they should?

If you don't have a warehouse/outpost and you have space in the hold, could everything you buy automatically be put in the hold until its full?

I'd like to see a vague map blip of where you are on the map, one that grows and shrinks the closer and further away from towns and landmarks. for example if you are in the middle of the Caribbean sea then it would be much larger than actually showing where you are if you were right next to a town. I'd also like to see it grow with longer time spent at sea.

While it is a lovely ship, I don't think it should be in the game because people might be unclear which is which and cause problems.

HMS Phoenix, pictured in Whitby. There is also the Mathew replica living in Bristol, although slightly out of the time frame, the boat that discovered North America.

I'd be happy just to see defection with a monthly block, would be good to see pirating pardons too.

I don't know if it counts as little but I would like to see more nations included, Venice, Genoa, Ottomans, Austria, Prussia and portugal for example.
