Malachi
That´s the Ville de Paris launched in 1850, not the one which participated in the American Revolutionary War.
Ned Loe
That´s the Ville de Paris launched in 1850, not the one which participated in the American Revolutionary War. plan says 1847, so yeah. Not sure if this would be a good match to Santi. if allowed in the game. She looks somewhat similar to her older British sister HMS Ville de Paris from 1788, but much more modern bow and stern:
OTMatt
I think Montebello is from the same class as that ship. Its much earlier time period too. She has the 2nd best firepower below Santisima if added into the game. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_ship_Montebello_%281812%

Surcouf
L'Hercules class (2d rank of 100-gun) has nothing to do with the ships of Sané! L'Hercules, as le Tage and the 13 other ships are from a new type of plan that comes to la Commission de Paris of 1824. Those are completely different of Sane-Bordas vessels. I do not know what it is that Russian plans ...

Haratik
Man she is an ugly slab-sided beast.... its like if you asked a 4-year old to draw a sailing ship. She doesn't look as ugly as the Valmy. Still has some curvature in the waist.

Surcouf
The design of the vessels of the CdP (Commission de Paris) is unloved by sailors. They find that these ships like the soapbox ... As we say today, it was better before! Except that these vessels are not there to please the sailors, not to be nice. Now we think "war, force, and pragmatism". No more old sculpture and large figureheads. Difference between the 80 and 118-gun by Sané-Borda and the 90 and 120-gun by the CdP 1824.
