  4. I've already replied to you in this thread, no need to double post the issue, all post are seen I'll repeat here, since more cases have been added. Could you please send a bug report through F11 bug reporter right after it happened? Also run the connection test report (4-th option in the stem launcher), it might freeze a bit, don't worry, it is working, just wait till it send the report. Meanwhile, please check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game, also turn off all programs which use internet heavily (like torrent programs, netflix clients), disable antivirus, turn off k9 web protection filter or similar to that filters, also, you can try to put your router into DMZ mode Captain Longbeard, could you please run connection test report via steam launcher 4-th option and post the report name here?

  9. There are two possibilities, one is that you closed it by yourself, then follow the tip given by Galileus. Second - you caught a chat bug, the issue is known and most likely will be fixed the next week

Just to clarifly, what server did you migrate to? you mentioned and in case you have migrated to US PVP server and didn't logged in at least once before redeems were given, you don't recieve them on that server. Recently added PVP 3 EU server had been exact mirrored from PVP 1 on date of its creation. Also, check this thread

  18. TheMarathaEmpire, please make sure you are using the latest video drivers, then try to reinstall visual studio redist and the game. If it doesn't help, go to "SteamApps\common\Naval Action\Client_Data\Plugins" and open CPU_WaterGen.cfg in any text editor. Replace "-- use_SSE4 = false" line with "use_SSE4 = false" (remove two minuses on front of it). Do the same with "SteamApps\common\Naval Action\Client_Data\Plugi64\CPU_WaterGen.cfg" file. And try to run game. If the issue is still there, try to run the game by selecting "Play Naval Action Beta (x86) in the steam launcher options.

  20. Super_Randy and Remisis, just to clarify, can you go to Nvida control pannel and check if the Client.exe using the 960m/980m gpu instead of internal? Also, as it was mentioned before by Henry d'Esterre Darby, please make sure you've installed the C++ Redist from Microsoft
  21. Проверьте пошагово: 1) Проверьте актуальность видео драйвера. Попробуйте запустить игру. 2) Попробуйте переустановить visual studio redist и игру. Попробуйте запустить. 3) Зайдите в "SteamApps\common\Naval Action\Client_Data\Plugins", откройте файл CPU_WaterGen.cfg в блокноте, поменяйте строчку "-- use_SSE4 = false" на "use_SSE4 = false" (уберите два минуса впереди). Сделайте тоже самое с Файлом "E:\Naval Action Beta\SteamApps\common\Naval Action\Client_Data\Plugi64\CPU_WaterGen.cfg". Попробуйте запустить игру.

  24. The problem could be caused by k9 web protection filter or similar to that filters, please check if you have any, also try to turn off windows brandmauer if it's on
