  1. do you mean, you were able to play but eventually your character selection is empty now? Were there any change in PC done (like new firewall, antivirus etc.)? Please check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game, also turn off all programs which use internet heavily (like torrent programs, netflix clients, K9 kind of software etc.), disable antivirus, firewall any other protection/filtering software, also, you can try to put your router into DMZ mode. If this won't help please send report through Steam Launch option "Report Connection Test" and post report name here (it will look like NAS-XXXX)
  2. Have you tried to reinstall game and also reinstall visual studio redist? Also, can you post here the bug report name like NAB-xxxx (the name you can see here).

  5. Если корабли доступны в redeemables на всех трех серверах, то и активировать их можно на всех трех серверах.

  8. most likely you created the char after redeems were given, but don't worry, as it was mentioned in the first post here
  9. just to clarify, did you click on the game and pick "install game..." in the library list of your games?

  11. Thanks for the feedback, captain. Unfortunately, xp trading is easly exploited. Tutorial is on the way as it was mentioned here. After a while you will be able to predict where are shallows have to be pretty accurate I guess User Interface will be reworked after all core features are done to the game.
  12. have you logged in at least once on other servers to allow them to register the character before the redeemables were given?

  14. If it helps, at the moment I'm under athlon x4 750k, radeon 7770 and 4gb ram on low-med custom settings, it is quiet playable still, it is in general around 20-30 FPS and around 10-15 in a tough battle
  15. Try to disable firewall and antivirus first, check that router/software is not blocking ports 7770, 8089, 5672, 5222, 8080, 21020-21036, 7401-7600 for the game. If this won't solve the issue, then please run connection test tool, when you launch the game in Steam there are 4 options, please, pick 4-th "Report Connection Test" and paste the report number here, its like NAS-XXXX

  19. Try this link, if you can't set up it by yourself, probably it would be better to call the netgear support to assist you? I guess you need to update the game, close the game, launch it on Steam, wait till updating is complete and run the game
  20. Pheasent Plucker, please, can you send a bug report through F11 when you experience it once again? And post the name of the report here so I can address the issue. Also, can you please send connection test report too (4-th option when you launch the game in Steam), and post the name here, it is like NAS-XXXX.
  21. According to google I doubt it is NA issue, lots of games have issues with Teamspeak Overlay, probably it needed to be fixed by TS side
