  1. Band together to hold off conquest happy players? Fighting multiple cruiser and destroyer navies in holding across the globe could be a real headache.
  2. Launchers of different sizes (quads vs doubles) have ammo stored separately is this intentional?

  5. @Absolute0CA Do the wiggle? please explain. Ive found going into the wind to reduce roll and smoke then letting the gunners site in works wonders.

  7. All armor is in thickness and all quality mods are multiplicative of it. 12" armor of 40% quality is 16.8" effective
  8. To add to this screen should have a setting which side and how far off. Ive lost the Pre-Drednought conflict quite a few times because of poor pathfinding on the TB's
  9. For the endgame witch should be in the 30s or 40s I dont feel like you can not have planes. But for getting things out the door perhaps make them a DLC?
  10. If the light standard and heavy option got attached to the secondaries would that solve the issue? Other than the novelty.
  11. Set all ships to off at the start of the battle and switch to aggressive to launch. The AI never misses unless the ship turns.
  12. I know less about this than I would like but wasn't SOP for a lot of ships to close the bulkhead and starve/contain it a damage parties first response anyway? At least as long as nothing critical was burning.
  13. Unless you have a few specific game engines showing damage well is not worth the effort. It can eat a ton of performance like said above but with how customizable this game is a dreadnought with nothing but two inch guns could leave some very incorrect dmg markers. Once they are done with all the smoke and fire things will look far better bost battle.

  15. The shipyards having their own buffs will be interesting. Will those be controllable in anyway?
  16. If you wanted to you could line up the academy missions by cost and complete them with just one ship that way.
  17. Could they be added in as presets for the auto builder to chose from? This could be a nice find for those who care about the history without effecting any of the gameplay. Finding an accurate HMS hood or SMS Emden in the middle of a normal battle would be fun.

In familiarizing myself with the game and looking up more than a few answers in this forum I figured i may as well post my experiences/questions here as there does not seem to be sticky topic for catching up on what is already being planned vs new ideas. So the short version is here. New Features Add tactical map or a last spotted position to the game map. Marked brakes in sliders for when hull changes (Dreadnought I 23,600/23,700) Marked breaks in gun calibers for mounting (16+ huge, under 3" for tower casements ect.) Options to designate target for secondaries in addition to main gun target. New tool tip icon to show destroyed vs damaged components like engine or rudder.( will i get this back in battle or do I need a shipyard.) Show number of still functioning guns on ship tooltip vs number of total guns. Admiral options? move flagship added flag bridge for more effective command Will there be Sliders to change beam and length? Will torpedo bulges be shown visually? Questions Light ships CL DD TP seem slow and frail how do you use them effectively without heavier support? What do funnels do? How do fore/aft offsets effect the ship? Does the angle of the ship effect accuracy? (shooting bow on vs broadside both sending and receiving) Balance Spotting seems to be very hard to get high and many missions involve you being seen well before the enemy. Acceleration on ships of all types is very low and not effected by speed sliders. Option for lower tier armors or other ways to add weight for low cost like more crew Add spotted torpedo icons in crowded battles I have enjoyed this game immensely and look forward to seeing the new directions it goes.
