Solid modelling work and I commend your effort to combine the look of the movie version with the real historic ship. While I think the real version is best simply for accuracy's sake, there is obviously recognition value from the movie version's stern and headrails etc, so the way you've combined that with the hull of the real ship is clever. The mizzen course on the crossjack is anachronistic by about eight decades. The 74-gunner has the same problem. Shouldn't be too much of a problem to simply delete.
