A Herc with and average or below-average captain is a fine DLC ship. Despite all my bitching about how I hate the "mods" system, player skill will still make a far greater difference in MOST battles. Someone reaching the first stage of a patrol should be able to buy a ship note from the reward to go back to fight immediatly. This would make it a real non-$$ altenative to instant pvp. And yes for crafted ship in capturable port = guaranteed at least 1 class better than standard 3/5.
