How many frigates does it take to get a Ingermanland BP?

Same situation here, Kanay. At level 50 I've made more than 10 golden frigates (probably around 15)...no Inger drop of course and now decided to turn towards crafting basic Frigs to reduce costs. I think we should have a system where the more frigates I craft (and the better quality they are), the better chances I get to have a BP drop...so let's say I gain 1% drop chance every time I craft a new frig (just an idea here...). For example: let's say you crafted 15 frigs....ok, now you have 16% chance to get that damn Inger BP (1% + 15%). That way we could have a system that really rewards dedicated and tenacious crafters like us  ...

Isn't it like something 1-5% for any BP to drop and by the crafting web charts it says it's 1% to get it to drop from the Frig BP

Built 27, still nothing. I'm level 50 now, and I think the random god's have decided that the Ingermanland is not ment for me.

So, crafted another Gold Frig = 1 Med note, 1 Gold Belle = 1 Med note, LvL 40 craft. Looks like LvL 40 gives away more notes now, but no BPs.

Then some in my clan did 1 no note frigate on first build...got it...and gave it to me out of sympathy.

Level 50 crafter, the Inger is the last BP I need to complete the set, just crafted my seventh exceptional frigate this morning, still no luck.
