No, loot rises not with difficulty. It's the same chance on a lone trader cutter and an escorted LGV How that is good is absolutely beyond me. Risk vs reward means nothing? Well, in this case it is "bullshit", There needs to be a risk award, for sure...not guaranteed (meaning, unlikely, but loot can be 0), but risk needs to be rewarded (= you won the jackpot). Agreed.
