Allow ship deliveries between outposts

Why not make it so that you can hire a NPC to sail your ship like they do in fleet. This way you would be able to reposition your ships but it would require you to sail alongside with them. -
I like that idea but don´t forget about the upgrade slots. The locking mechanism should cost money though to prevent people from blocking buy orders.

1 Million Gold sind aber die Gebühr, um die Erlaubnis zu haben den letzten und achten Outpost zu bauen, und nicht der Preis des Outposts, oder ändert sich das beim achten und letzten? Soweit ich es mitbekommen habe kostet jeder Outpost 10000 Gold und 5000 Gold kostest es wenn man ihn abreisst. Wenn man also erstmal die Erlaubnis für 8 Outposts hat kann man jederzeit nen Outpost für 5000 Gold abreissen und an anderer Stelle für 10000 Gold einen neuen bauen. <--- bitte korrigieren falls ich da Blödsinn verzapfe
