    I´m well aware of this fact Kanay and it´s the main reason why so many players chose to go pirate instead of switching to other nations, I just wanted to point out that switching to another nation is doable without having to find a group you trust. My respond was only directed at Ronalds statement. Devs realy need to turn off the ability to keep all your BPs and not having to worry about your "mobile" assets when turning pirates untill they finished "fixing" the pirate nation!

    Du meinst allen ernstes das ein "Standardregelwerk" für Kampftaktik 1 zu 1 auf dieses Spiel angewendet werden kann? Was in diesem Spiel taktisch sinnvoll ist oder nicht, kann jeder erfahrene PVP Spieler besser beurteilen, als ein "Taktiker" aus dem frühen 19. Jahrhundert....

    I agree that it was the easy road they chose, but they wouldn´t have had to find a trusted group, they could have traded with eachother, while the first half/quarter changes the nation by recreating their chars.

    That´s exactly what I think would happen. My biggest concern about "ramming" is, if I cross/sail over a sunken wreck where my ships actually only hits the masts and the rigging of the sunken wreck causes leaks ingame now. I don´t think that is realistic at all. PS: Why did you put upgrade in game which decrease the damage/holes you get from ramming? (Survival Handbooks)

    -attacker would choose the perfect setup for his guys/members that he can bring to the battle -he limits the defender to this mix of BR and if the defender team isn´t able to match said fleet composition they will be at a huge disadvantage The current PB mechanic is far from being perfect but giving the attacker the possibility to dictate the fleet composition (sort of) is in my opinion a bad idea.

    Bad Idea in my opinion, why should the attacker have the advantage of limiting the defenders choice of fleet composition?

    I respect your will to fight and I think none of us asked you to surrender. It was never our intention to start a war with you. (That´s my personal opinion!!) But you joined the war and we fight as fair as possible. We enjoy fighting you and some of you guys I met in battle said exactly the same. I think it is not very honorable that the guys who dragged/forced you into this war (the danes by declaring war on us and demanding you to help as their allies) don´t give much support to you guys.

    Name that guy then, I wouldn´t do such things for sure. You can trust me on that. And it´s not war it´s a game with Nation vs Nation PVP.

    Yes same for us, we would have to defend the ports 24 hours, danes tried to take Charlestown (bugged timer) last night (~ 2 am server time) and failed, then they took Aves (also with bugged timer) from dutch right after that attack. And some french did the same. And still they ask for respect or being Gentlemen. Oh and not to forget that you have to combine that with the new 3 days flag cooldown.

    They are focused on ports with bugged timers for now.

    Your own fault if you let your allies force you into that war. We did F11 the bug and even pmed the admin and they simply didn´t care and told us to wait for the patch/hotfix, and now the timers aren´t fixed (as in the timers we set still do not work). Really poor sportsmanship. We didn´t use any exploit to our advantage. If the dutch took your ports with bugged timers we are not to blame. Exploiting bugs is not what a gentlemen would do, and you ask me to be a gentlemen? seriously...

    Side structure HP of connie was buffed to allmost the value of pre 9.8. Base structure is now 6800 (was 6900 pre 9.8 and got nerfed to 5700 with 9.8 patch). Base thickness 70

    Not really hard to understand what I wrote, isn´t it? Do I complain about you trying to get the ports back? Nope, I complain about you guys exploiting the broken timers.

    And still the timers don´t work they are still not set for the ports taken by us.

    And why do you guys continue to take ports with broken timers then? All the ports we took from you had timers set by you guys... Some of you decide to take ports with broken timers in the middle of the night. Do you really think this is respectfull and good sportsmanship? I honor your will to consider a peace treaty though.

    And now they rely on bugged timers and ramming tactics and try to capture in the middle of the night and fail at Charlestown. Such poor sportmanships. And they respond to our GG with "piss off". Lmao I lost any respect for you Kloothommel and I really thought you guys are a bunch of honourable players.

    Your choice to ally them just proved that this won´t happen. You had the choice to make peace with brits I guess and help the US but instead you allied the pirates nation whose council has no problem with one of their clans (extremely) bullying a nation that is not able to defend themselves (anymore). Any yet you accuse the brits of exactly that behaviour? Oh the Irony...
