    Perhaps the French can have the Windwards, Trinidad, and Orinoco? I understand the Pirates may be willing to give St Lucie/Castries up to the French or Swedes once we secure another silver source but it's going to stay off limits to the greedy Dutch, US, and Brits.

    I have just as much right to my opinions and concerns here that you do regardless of whether we agree or not. If you can't handle it, it's your problem. What you see as free now looks like it has strings attached for the future to me and personally I'd rather see dev time spent on other projects like perhaps new ships from nations like Sweden and the Dutch.

    I think it's high time we made the carebears a little uncomfortable on a PvP server. Life has just been too good for them.

    Dumping hostility and missions...good Bringing AI back capable of attacking in OW....good Adding a port conquest mechanism dependant on some sort of ?PVP type achievements....good Adding pirate raiding etc...fantastic! Adding pay to play ships....terrible! This opens a Pandora's box. Dropping officers...neutral In addition to these changes, I suggest dropping the politics/alliances.

    Perhaps if you had something worthy to say, it wouldn't be belittled. Since you seem compelled to post nonsense, and also seem capable of responding, I'm sure you have probably read Koltes post on the regional intentions of the pirates. If not, please do so and desist from posting fiction.

    Your observations are so screwed up (obviously by your own bias'd perceptions) that one doesn't know where to start fixing them. If everyone in your carebear nation is as out to lunch as you are, it explains a lot.

    With all due respect, how does neutrality help a PvP server? Neutrality is no better than alliances. There is a PvE server which is perfectly suited to people who want to stay neutral and risk nothing. I think it's time for some people on PvP2 to consider transferring there. To everyone, the fun in this game comes from "risk". In war, you risk your regions and you risk your ships. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose but without this vital element, you have a stagnant server. I understand the reluctance to risk what you have spent hours accumulating but in the end it's just pixels and the pleasure comes from using them. Remember we all lose if people choose to do nothing but stay neutral or allied and in case you have not been listening, your traditional enemy is fed up with the status quo and no longer interested in playing.

    Seriously, take a pill for your paranoia. The region in question is a British region, not a Dutch one, so relax. Be careful, if you continue with these wild accusations, they may become a self-fulfilling prophecy . Not that it's any of your business, but one of our guys, who has been gung ho about fighting in that region, did most of the hostility grinding himself and he is actually Australian. The rest of us are like you, we may or may not be able to get up that early to fight that one. Secondly, you have no right to ask for details for any battle beforehand...you're a nobody. Just like everyone else, you can find out when it happens. As a so-called proponent of a fair minimum distribution of regions for every nation, you sure aren't showing any consideration for the Pirates.

    I get why screeners on PvP1 deserve something when there is a limit on how many people can get into a PB. However, on PvP2, it will prevent PvP from happening.

    DFHS is now closed temporarily until the Carebear Flu in the Dutch nation has passed its course. Thank you for your interest.

    Yup, I thought things were going well for the events until this US BSR clan showed up ganking and hopping into battles in progress looking for easy kills on all ready damaged ships or when the oddS were stacked in their favor. When pressed with even odds they fled or attempted to flee. I know that these guys are not representative of the US nation, most US guys have been good sports.

    I think if someone has helped grind up the hostility in a disputed region, they deserve an opportunity in the PB regardless of rank, or clan. Just as long as they meet with the ship requirements for the port in question.

    Before I purchase a game on Steam, I carefully read the reviews. If you had asked me to review Naval Action before the patch, I probably would have been fair but favorable over all. If you ask me today, I'd give the game a big thumbs down and it could possibly cost a few people not to buy the game in the future. I am sure that I'm not alone. So the devs can continue to be dismissive if they so chose, but beware of the reviewer!

    Basically Naval Action has been converted from a game into a sim. Don't get me wrong, some sims can be fun but you lost many if not most of the gamers. The "Action" in the game title has become a misnomer and kinda ironic.

    Seems like their is a lot of hate towards those who forked over cash for an alt account or accounts, probably the same hate which gets directed towards anyone who pays for DLC or anything else. Like it or not, Gaming companies like making money by selling their products. It's what they do. They are not a welfare system. I'm sorry you don't have the money to buy any extras but perhaps rather than whining about what other people have that you don't, you could maybe take a few hours off of the game to go and earn some real money doing real work. As for alt accounts being banned for spying or giving a player an unfair advantage...I can name enumerable other mmo's where people have multiple accounts or have multiple family members playing the same game. It's just a fact of life...deal with it.

    The events have been oversimplified first come first served snatch n grabs. I understand that it was supposed to generate OW PvP but it didn't really turn out that way. It's time to start looking at making the events instance based with rewards for completing them.
