Hi captains and scallywags i have been playing the game since sea trials puttin over 3000 hrs and climbed to top rank at least 4 times, and level 50 crafter twice. I have sailed with lots of different nations and made a lot of friends on the way.I have enjoyed every min of the game down to a cutty and then back up to a vic. I mainly do pvp but also enjoy pve. I have read every post that has been put down an the only one i totaly agree with is wind, have a special flag on the ships of the veteran players an keep adding more flags as they grow with the game. As for getting credits for your xp is concerned i should imagine mine will be in the millions and that would not be fair to some of the vets that i have been playing with over the last 2 yrs who has not had the time to play the game as much due to work commitments keep on sailing and grinding captains its all fun

This is probably not a new topic but i am not going through 60+ pages to find it. Ok this is my complaint, after 14 months of playing this game i am now to a point where i do not want to play it, you asked us monthes ago what was main annoyance. Well the game is unplayable, visibility is the worst it has ever been, the weather is a nightmare you cannot see a hand in front of your face at times, we are supposed be playing in a sunny warm climate sailing around with blue skys and blue seas and stars out at night like it used to be. We used to sail along in the earlier testing days where you would plot a course and spot Islands and features miles away, it was a pleasure and i never got lost. Now i cannot even see the Island or the port 500 mtrs away. I am sick of it get this problem sorted out bring some sun into our lives, i hope this is not falling on deaf ears

i think you will find 4 core cpu is minium and yours is 2 core intel i5 4200 and the one at the top is intel i5-4210u allso 2 core cpu along with low end hd family graphics card will not run this game.sorry but you can upgrade your pc

wind is right cx430 will not have pci-e power cables that means you have got to use your 4 pin connecters for the graphics card.650w is good.and happy hunting on ebay. :)sorry it as1- 6+2 pcie cable for normal use not hi end gaming.lol

Olav I am not doing bench marks on different graphics cards, this is a price comparison of one computer to another for the same money. As you said above dell alianwares is expensive. But if he can build one himself then i do not think he would be asking questions ,so buying one is the only alternative. So look on ebay even i cannot build one for this price new

Hi well my take on this , Bart is asking what nation should he play for as there is no Polish nation in this game,and of course many others who have to choose what flag to fly. Being a time zone differance the USA being a working nation is at a disadvantage and they would probably welcome other players who can play in the EU time zone. I for one am thinking of doing this if they will have me as the Brits and Americans have fought together for a longtime in many thearters of war. Its up to the individual but choose wisely especially if you only have one choice come the wipe

I am afraid raskolnikoff is right your computer by the sound of it is top end and should play navel action with ease. But if you have just downloaded windows 10 then you must also do multiple downloads from microsoft to get all the updates. Also if you have been running your previous games on dx9 or 10 then you will have to download dx11 and upgrade your drivers for your navidia graphics card from navidia. But if you send in the report in steam as the dev says it will show up in the report. Good luck and see you on the game.

ok captain can you tell me the specs of you computer as this is a commen fault with small computers and all so 32 bit 64 bit os is better.i have 3 computers and can only run this game on 1 the specs of the 1 that runs good is 8gig ram 2gig graphics card amd quad core 4.1. so if your computer is ok then please download a free to play game from steam there are plenty of them and try that if it works and is the same specs as naval action then you should be able to play the game. good luck

I am not sure what you are talking about. 1 a crafter usually works in a port with many other men building ships he is a none combaton, he then builds ships for their navy. Supplies are usually brought to them or as in this game you have to sail for them and run the gauntlet of avoiding ships like yourself. This is interesting this is fun . Also you will find that we can battle as well

I totaly agree with dragon on this issue, but this is not the only exploit in this game for self gain, and all of it needs to be stopped before the release of the game. Thoes who are responsible you no who you are stop doing it now this is a beta test and you should be helping the devs not making things hard for them. You are spoiling the game.

Could not sleep last night 26-6-2015 so decided to have a cruise, i put a comment on chat i am going on my hols to Mexico to have a bit of fun. I started off at 12.30 am. After 6 or 7 encounters with scaliwaggs who cant fend for themselves so they hire a fleet to make them feel bigger, they are now all in davy jones locker. I dont take prisoners i am a gentleman at heart but and let them pass if they whish to, but if they attack i will engage. So a very eventfull journey. After 5 hrs of sailing i got close to gulf of Mexico, being tired now i was looking for a neutral port and also give me some sense of direction.I eventually came across an island in the middle of no where so i went to investigate and spotted a port a pirate port called Mistrioso, so i looked on the map and there was no such name or island. Being a pirate port i decided to make haste to the next port so it would give me a bearing of where i was as by this time i am very tired. Then i came accross a very large island and find a neutral port after sailing round it and the name of the port was Tanton Cuzamil, but this was shallow water so could not enter. I was getting pxxxxd of and to top it all off guess what it wasnt on the map so i still didnt have a clue where i was. Was i in the Gulf of Mexico or Atlantic, no one seems to give a dam. After running into too many enemy and by now too tired to fight i decided to turn round and go via Cuba that is if my directions were correct. So i go merrily on my way by which time now my wife is up and making me a cup of tea, then Guess what i come accross another island so i sail round it hoping for a neutral with deep water.No such dam luck but i do find a port a pirate port name Conttoy and guess what this is not on the dam map either. So i set off again and in the distance is white sails, everyone is a fleet or a player with a fleet of which i just dont care anymore, my little adventure is over and i teleport home because i still didnt have a dam clue where i was. You may find this amusing but it has took me all night to realise this open world is more realistic than most people playing realise. The scenery is fantastic the sea is fantastic and in general the game is fantastic, but, i would give my right arm for a proper map in the game under the key M for map and so when i look at my controls guess what it says press M for map but, no we have to put up with the one that is supplied by the community. Ok so be it but please fill in the gaps. Only admin will no where they have placed all the ports by this i think i have said enough. Good night or should i say good morning.

it seems to me that all are against sweden with one port not very hard to blockade find your self some thing that requires more skill and tac.
