I believe we should have for a short time until a perm soloution comes about a rank implementation on buying flags. Weather this is Lt. Commander + or something else it needs to be there to at least delay shit like this happening. These two accounts should be banned temp or perm doesn't matter, on top of that if this second account is only new and also midshipman it is still strange to see that he managed to have enough gold to purchase a 150k flag after 5 days. Not only that but why did he not buy it with this account if he made it legit? Why go though all the trouble of a alt account to troll if the gold was legit made after playing for 5 days. There must be at least 1 other person behind all of this, this person either owns one or both of these alt accounts. I wouldn't be surprised to find that both alts had different Ip's though and belonged to two players not one. So Admins please follow the gold trail or ip trail and whatever punishment you decide after this first time i will be happy with. Jags Finding exploits is part of testing, but abusing them to gain is not, if you find a exploit you are meant to report it not abuse it like these guys did

Now whoever did this should be banned, weather they are Danes, Brits, Swedes, Dutch, US, French or Pirate. They should also have there main account Named and Shamed and possibly a loss of xp on that account if not a ban. The reason this is a exploit is because they created a brand new account not a nation switch but a brand new account just to purchase a flag to disrupt other peoples game play. A Solution they could implement for the future could be that you need to be at least Lt.Commander rank to purchase flags (Rank 4). While this solution won't necessarily stop this from happening, it will stop trolls just making a new account and doing it as a midshipmen. Devs please do something about this player and this problem. The player should at least be punished and i would say that the port either be flipped to british(not really fair for spanish if it was found to be a different nation that was responsible) or set to Anytime for at least 1 day to a max of 3 days, as we missed out on a capture window due to some troll account purchasing the flag,

He should be named shamed and banned. This is disgusting as all hell, Spanish will most likely claim innocence but why would it be any other nation when that port belongs to them.

Oh and to add, i wouldn't be surprised if the jamaican ports are what Savahanna and Montego? If so then these do in fact go back to when they were captured AUSEZ to clean up Jamaica. I had no idea about Jamaica, in fact i don't even go there except to TP and sail to the likes of Hati etc. AUSEZ is on the west with RGL, BRITS are located close by. RGL and BRITS operate the offensive, AUSEZ and BRITS operate the defense as BRITS are mostly US and EU players, RGL is all german and we are mostly all Australian with US and EU players with us as well. Like i said i have no idea about Jamaica, i know a few small clans operate in those areas but those ports on Jamaica probably go back before Spain and GB were at war when we first took them into GB hands from there starting Neutral option. We don't care about those ports and leave them their defense to those in that area, if they want those timers changed all they have to do is ask. Were not afraid of losing ground, hell we wouldn't care if we got pushed back all the way to Jamaica we would still fight on, but why should we set timers to times when we cannot defend the ports? If we were to change some ports to EU time are you going to do the same for us aussies? I very much doubt it as you know your EU timers are from 4-8am for most of us, why should we change timers just so you spanish can be happy when you wouldn't do the same for us?

oh i don't mind if its delayed or not, the thing is i had no idea that it was ETA'ed for this Thursday/Friday if a clan member didn't link page 20/21 for me where Ink stated it. I don't want to read though god knows how many pages of comments just to find one little bit of important information like this. If the ETA is for a set date this week, then the devs really need to create a new post about it or at least update the orginal topic with the same answers they put in the comments as it would help a shit ton of people who like myself don't want to go though 23 pages of comments.

well you see Kayin, our prime time is technically between 08 and 12, yet as this time is maintence we pick the time before or after. In fact if you ask the US guys our ports were originally 06-08 but when they were at our door step we set them to after maintence rather than before. So you see all were doing it putting them back to what we originally had. But oh that seems like a big deal to the spanish that they once again have to complain about timers. So as its 1:15am here i guess i will see you at 6am as i don't mind getting up early to take ports maybe you should to?

Hmm so what happened yesterday while our diplo's of both nations were talking and SPAIN decided to attack during this talk? I can agree to everything that wang said about pepe as i was in that channel at the time, we knew they turned against us, even though we wanted peace with them and thought they were still friends, in fact we were in there to discuss with the spanish council as that was who we were told to hand the Northern Yucatan over to. Previous dealings with RAE had allowed them to give us tags on there teamspeak, while we were waiting for a member of the spanish council to come on, these were removed from myself, Zeal, G'kar all british diplomats that were on there teamspeak, we were kicked from the channels we were in back to the lobby. Wang came on after i poked and was dragged down into a channel full of spanish RAE members. We asked to move channels to talk privately and in fact were only talking to them at the time about the TS tags. At pepe's command this changed to saying how we somehow broke the deal we had by taking the ports of Congrios, Truxillo and those other 3 in the bensalem area. Now this isn't true at all as when the US took Cuyo out clan made the call to take the port of Congrios in order so that the US could not come down and be a thorn in our side. I went over to RAE and told them this, one of there officers replied (sorry don't know his name of hand) "That's fine, feel free to take everything North of Gracious A Dios even the Gulf of Mexico and South Cuba if you want, there is NO other clans in that area as they all rerolled pirate". I asked about 4 times to confirm this and he said the same thing each time. Mind you this was when RAE was still in Panama and the council was only just only starting to be made (Getting other clans option of forming a council). So when RAE claimed we broke it because we took these ports is wrong, they also wanted to set up in Truxillo which we were planning on leaving spanish for a safe decent PVE farming spot, when we found out about this yes we did take it. The next day/night they attacked our ports in South Cuba. And now we get back though all the fucking bullshit that's recently happened to were we are now. So i ask again, if we so wished to be enemies by breaking alliances why didn't we attack your fleet which we outnumbered at least 2 -1 outside sisal? Instead we provided early screening for your fleet as well as performing a line of entry as a bit of fun. Yes we wanted South Cuba, but this was because we were told all spanish clans but one (RAE) was apart of the spanish council, we were told they all agreed to our deal in which we were to take south cuba, we were told that this was for exchange of helping you guys knock the US out of Yucatan(which we did) and for flipping those ports back to spain. We were told all this by a SPANISH DIPLOMAT. So when we were attacked by other clans that were not RAE, you could think we were surprised and angry that again SPAIN BACKSTABBED US.

So for those spanish players still doubting us, how about when you guys took sisal? Do you think that we could not have stopped you if we wanted you guys as enemies? Does it not show that we had good will towards your nation before you decided to fuck us over and claim that we never once tried helping you? Woo after all that back to the convo, Danes you might have taken ports this weekend but as you can tell a few of us had other issues on a different front, next weekend/this week we will be ready. Oh hello, i see your Spanish Council Diplo didn't update you on the situation or you were not apart of it. So i will inform you of the agreement YOUR NATION (taking you as spanish) agreed to break. The agreement that was agreed to while a Neutral 3rd party nation was in the channel and they can confirm this if they like was the following. Spain had 1 rouge spanish clan operating from South Cuba attacking Brits, so we were to take south cuba and draw the line at Corrientes to Conttoy. Fleet PVP was allowed but no port attacks Britain would hand over North Yucatan at the end of the week, this was then moved forward to this weekend (5th of March) Spain broke this by first hitting Corrientes early hours on the 5th for AU guys late night 4th for EU guys, when contacted we were told this was a mistake and we should not worry about it. When we went to attack Siguana we were met with resistance with 4 spanish clans, again when we contacted the spanish about this, there main diplo from the spanish council claimed he could no longer get the spanish clans to agree on all of this. Britain went ahead a voided this agreement with the Spanish, and showed them by breaking there agreement like they did has consequences. Past agreements were always broken by the spanish such as when the RAE attacked Trinidad (they claim that it was in response to Trux being taken when they told us a week before that we could take that). True but worth surrendering over after losing such little of our nation, not a chance, and besides before the danes manage to take it all they would be that overstretched that other nations will take advantage off, they would become what we have and be seen as the #1 target on the server closely by the pirates

Agreed only thing i see that might be a problem is the current infrastructure and that fact (doesn't bother me as i play EU 1 as a aussie) but players will say that they won't play anymore as they don't get there usual x ping to the server now because its been merged and is now located in EU or the opposite now located in the US. Before someone says this kind of shit though just remember us aussies on EU 1 play with 300+ ping or 250+ ping to both servers and it does NOT AFFECT SHIT even in PVP

First off Who the hell are you? Second who the hell told you to do this? As i know for certain none of the clans in the British council did, second Why would we talk to the pirates about peace, No one should be allied with pirates as there god dam pirates, Thirdly as it stands its Russians vs none russians, and we none russians welcome there attacks as it gives us xp and fun after all this is a PVP server and hell if we lose all our land (not going to happen) but if we did then fuck it we'll keep on fighting. Got to say this thread has been interesting to read. Heth while were enemies on the seas do you want to share some popcorn and relax while watching the thread? I've got plenty to share even with the Dutch.
