First off i will answer your quote, No we do not have the population in this game to sustain our own server, secondly calling us Jobless? really what kind of insult is that to a person from that country and what the hell made you think of that? Was it because your thinking everyone in the world has the same time and our timers which are 10-12 GMT is during our day? No that particular timer is our PRIME TIME, so Maintence happens now at 6pm AEST used to happen at 8pm AEST. The timer we set now starts at 8pm AEST to 10pm AEST, how is this a bloody problem for aussie gamers, why would you assume that we are jobless for playing during our prime time? Second in terms of why those particular ports are in our timezone, did you happen to realise that all those ports or most of those ports were captured by wait for it AUSTRALIANS and KIWI's? So given that fact would it not be in our best interests to put them on our timer? In terms for the US timers well duh its the majority of there factions PRIME TIME, just like the Majority of French players are EU players so your timers are your PRIME TIME, which happens to be Australians Early morning wait for it 6-8 am AEST, sometimes even earlier as in 4-6am etc etc, so are you not being unfair for us with your timers in that regards? When i first joined this server it was called PVP 1, there was no EU tag to it, to me that means this is a international server and was the FIRST PVP server, so why is it that EU's always complain about timers, do you see US players complaining about EU pirate timers, Spanish Timers, Other British clans timers? No they don't because they know that you set the port timer to the best time YOU CAN DEFEND. i'm sorry but i agree with Galileus on this, first of all you lost the ship dura anyway due to surrendering from D/Cing. So rather than it going to waste someone captured it, now yes i agree that it prob would have been best to hand it back to you, however there are better ways to have gone about this than to bring it to a tribunal which tbh is not needed. If you asked one of your officers to do a bit of communication within the british clans i'm sure the TS dets would have been found as i know i see First taking part in the council meetings and battles a bit so someone will have them. No you are twisting the words that i put down. Since you are spanish and do not know of our dealings with both Stars and Stripes and the US council please do not try and "State Facts that are simply Untrue". Your quote of "Aussie Port Timers" i am guessing is in reference of the previous timers that we had before the big update and the moving of server maintence, in which it was easier for the States to attack us that it was for Europeans, with our Prime Time now being Maintenance free we have set better timers for our clan, which if i am not mistaken is still a good time for EU's to hit us if they wish and believe me we are looking forward to it. As i do not have the knowledge on what these deals are i am not going to try and explain what was or was not agreed to here. But from what i do know is all we are doing is going back to what Britain originally agreed to have with Spain and US before war with Spain broke out, only difference is that the Gulf and whatever else was agreed to will now be US instead of Spain, so Good day Sir.

like i said that was rumoured to have been the case that RAE wanted to move in there, or was said to have been one of the reasons for attacking the British South Cuban ports at the time round the start of the war. Like i said Rumoured and it was on the brit side. Weather this was true or not i personally don't know, but that was what was said at that time to us.

Okay i think this has gone way off topic and has sort of became a whole discussion on US clans/council. Now if i get this right to sum up all of the topic for the OP. No Britain and US will not go to war for these attacks as it has been agreed to both with the council and Stars(separately) to my knowledge to allow the US to take that land. So no GB will not declare war like we did with Spain as it is completely different, right at the beginning of the talks with the US council we knew that Stars were not apart of it. So the odd Port attack led by stars would not affect any deals made. In relation to the spanish one we only knew that RAE was not apart of it, which turned out to be more than just RAE, hence war was started. Going back to the US part, to my knowledge Wang has spoken to Lord Vicious since the attacks and have worked something out, he also told us that he used to know you from Eve and Respects you highly sir. Anyway To my knowledge most of those ports have been agreed to be handed over to the States, both the council and/or Stars.

Wait Kutai you tried to get a 5th nation to declare war against 1 sole nation, shame on you that you think you need 5 nations or more to kill 1 nation, its a shame already that you need 4 in order to get us to our current point. If names are to be anywhere then maybe (if possible) have it so that the names are coded to display on the Stern of the ship. That way you can still tell which player is which in battle but only if you see there stern.

I for one admit Some British F***** some shit up when it came to diplo shit in the past and comments on the forums, but is there really any need for this much hate by 3 nations and the pirates against one Nation? Also why is it as soon as one nation or clan decides to work with us, or help in a way by attacking one of these 3 nations + pirates, instead of working against us like so many other nations/clans they are instantly targeted and picked on for what they want to do? Ok seriously, this topic has gone way off topic and i do recall asking that you did not bring the flame war into it. There has been literally only a handful of SUGGESTIONS about how a peace could be reached if it was offered. THIS WAS NOT A OFFER as many from both sides thought it would be. I am disappointed that both sides Spain and Britain captains have came into this topic just to bloody continue blaming/arguing about pointless little things instead of suggesting ways peace could be had. Then to top it all off you have captains from other nations coming into this topic just to post there 2 cents to annoy and get a response from british captains. Seriously You all need to wake the hell up and stop being kids on the forums. The whole reason for this topic was to suggest peace as from what i had heard from spanish players who were unclanned in global and some that were clanned up that prices of certain resources such as coal sometimes reach the mark of 300 gold per 1. You guys that are in clans might not have to worry about this if your allies are supplying you resources but your public players can't craft at times. On top of that you have been losing players from your nation or so i had heard. These players mostly left the game which isn't a good sign for the whole community. firstly i am disappointed that even though i asked for no insults, bickering etc and only SUGGESTIONS of what a peace deal between these two nations should look like that there is a lot of captains from both sides that have misinterpreted this, carried on like salty kids and insulting each other. This was only just a suggestion, not a offer, for those that do not know the difference then i will put it here for you. Offer: present or proffer (something) for (someone) to accept or reject as desired. Suggestion: an idea or plan put forward for consideration. This was just an idea for a peace deal, now personally i don't care if both nations start doing talks, changes it whatever, or continues fighting but this game is still in alpha and that means we are testers not players; each day more testers are leaving this game due to wars, stuff being to expensive, nations losing to many ports in one night or in general, the list goes on and on. Now Ask yourself this: DO YOU WANT TO SEE NAVAL ACTION SUCCEED? if not then WHY THE HELL ARE YOU ARE YOU PLAYING? if so then why do you want to see another nation go down to one port? Why are you constantly fighting wars when your nation is hurting in resources and your nations tester base dwindling? Now all i have seen in replies are mostly insults, blames, bickering and people thinking this was a offer and just flatly rejecting it without any input on why they are doing so. Now like i said above it was a suggestion not a offer, now the way i see it both nations words can't be trusted and i get that but if we keep holding grudges how is anything going to move on? If you read what i suggested then fighting us in fleet PVP was completely fine, Port attacks were another matter and besides means that both nations wouldn't have to pay 150-300k just for a fight. How is it the british nations fault for those clans and testers going pirate? they chose to do that even some of them were one of the reasons for this current war. I'm not tired of war, my nation loves the fights that its getting but i do know we are here to test the game firstly and while a nation like spain is in its current position then testers new and old will start to leave its ranks for other nations or for good. So as this is a international game you are basically stating that half of the server can't take ports in there prime times because its to early in the morning for the other 50%? Besides why does someone in every topic always complains about "Timers"? Timers are there to set the optimal time for that nation or clan to defend that port, if that means its 6am for you then oh well, Its not hard to set alarm clocks to get up for a attack as i've done it for this game and others. If your on about South Cuba, then suggest it on the other topic on why Britain who techically has won the war for South Cuba should give it back, they still get vital ports as you say, just not those ones back which seems to be the main cause of the war was South Cuba. Spain wanted the other Southern Cuban ports, and Britain wanted the Islands etc etc. War broke out and now we have it to where we are now. Logically speaking in a war like this back then, those ports would be annexed into The British Empire and Spain would have made peace and gave into the demands of the british for them. If it was vise versa and spain took the british ports in that area then Spain of course would have them. End of the day they still get there vital Coal, Gold and Fir ports which they can build Production buildings at, just not the ones in South Cuba.

Using this post to start a new topic to get the ball moving on peace between Spain and Britain. This was orignally posted in Spain is Dead but it is better if we start afresh without all the past Bullshit and insults in that topic. Please only Spanish/British Players post, Please do not post insults, blames etc etc. Suggestions only on how a treaty should go between the nations. For other nations players you can freely post but again follow the same rules of no insults, blames etc etc just suggestions on this, as the war has affected both nations the same and has gone on long enough that its not worth in my option in which players from spain or britain will just leave. First off We need to drop all the insults, blame games etc etc between Spain and Britain, its not making both nations look good. Secondly instead of just saying we need both sides to come to the table and agree to peace, why don't we actually get the ball moving with suggestions of what that peace would entail. Thirdly what i am suggesting is based off another game's way of solving war/peace treaties, aka Crusader Kings 2. Fourthly this is just solely a suggestion on how Spain and Britain can come to a peace deal that both sides will be happy with, i do not speak for the british nation/council or my clan in this. I speak mainly as a player that is fed up of having to tp to fight on three different fronts while also trying to grind myself up levels.
