Thank you for the information. I will take it into account from now on.

Thank you very much. It seems that I've totally misunderstood the price of repair kits. Sorry for disturbing, and thank you again for letting me know where my fault is. Regards. Radu

No. I played from Kingston, Jamaica, selecting small battles from missions. Always bought cannons for Yacht. Sure not for Cutter.

European Server, PVP, Hagthorpe username, today, January 23, after 17.00 EET, I think. Thank you very much. Tried F11, but apparently it doesn*t worked. Actually it seemed it doesn't sent the message, the same as I posted here.

Surely not. Observed it at the end of that transaction. And is exactly 10.000 gold.

I don't like the game accountancy and mathematics. I've had about 21000 gold. I've bought 1xmedium cannon 4pd for my yacht, for 1365 gold and 1xCarronade 24pd for my Niagara, for 5460 gold and remained with 4366 gold. Lost 10000 gold in one single transaction. Pure piracy!

Voted. Three characters per account. Five would be better. Played this game for a week and is difficult to me to return to real world. It's addictive!!! -
Can someone tell me, please, if I can run Naval Action with this computer: Processor: AMD A8-3800 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.40 GHz RAM 8,00 GB VideoCard NVIDIA GeForce GT 630 4Gb I have DirectX 11 installed and played games using DirectX11. Dutch Ship "Beschermer" (The Protector) - 1665
colorado71 replied to colorado71's topic in Ships of the line
Thank you for the link. Unfortunately those pages are not available in the preview. -
Dutch Ship "Beschermer" (The Protector) - 1665 Dimensions: length 141 ¾ (Dutch) feet, width 36 ½ feet, depth 14 feet, no fore castle, 54 guns. The ‘Beschermer’ was the Dutch flagship at the Battle of Tobago (1677), where it was captured by the French forces. On the way back to France, the captured ship struck a reef and perished. Don't no if there are somewhere plans/drawings/blueprints.

Can some one tell me if there is somewhere available plans/drawings of semi-fictional galleon Neptune from the port of Genoa? They say on wikipedia, the draft is only 2,2 meters, a fact that is surprisingly for a galleon with 65 meters length.

It seems they've done a nice job with it in Virtual Sailor.

Did France EVER have a chance against Britain at sea?
colorado71 replied to Destraex's topic in History
It seems that there was a famous victory of the frigate La Belle Poule against the HMS Arethusa. They say the ladies at the court of France celebrated the victory by bearing a frigate-like hair-style. There was also a lot of victories in the fiction, mostly french (Guy Vander, for example). With one - probably not single - English exception - Baron de Rivarol's man-o-war against Captain Blood's frigate Arabella - but Sabatini was of Italian origin. No offence intended. Actually I am an admirer of french navigateurs like Louis de Bougainville and others. -
That's one of the most beautiful ships ever built. It seems that there are some plans of it here.

I'm an inland man. So I am as sure as can be a man who live at hundreds miles from any seashore.

It looks very much like Brandenburg frigate "Berlin".
-
Actually it have the design of a dutch frigate from the end of 17th to beginning of 18th centuries.

Yes. My fault. It looks very much like this, except San Felipe have one more deck. -
The name doesn't count very much. Actually are those wonderful frigates from the end of 17th century what I want.
