We've had a good dialogue with Mr Pellews, Batman and I believe we did achieve an agreement. Based on Your statements we now know, that clan MOO can be removed from that list (EDIT: of clans that signed the agreement) just as clan TRIBE and no-clanies are not included. We are ok with that - it's a pity that we didn't know about it yesterday, when You attacked our player who trusted (according to agreement), that he is safe to move his ships without an escort from Les Cayes to another Polish city nearby. However, as has already been pointed out, discussions here are not achieving anything. I have shown nothing but respect towards you and your clan, yet you insist on attacking me on a personal level and uploading screenshots showing nothing but a polite conversation between the two of us. Should we just let it go or do we continue this for eternity? I will never be able to produce the screenshots you require of me, and you will never find evidence of me claiming that the PFK-clan verbally assaulted me yesterday. Was not aware of the fact that You've had more Commonwealth encounters that day. However JanOwietz is definately a PFK clan member and he was in the same fight that a screenshot above was taken at. I don't believe he have insulted You as I was in that fight. I was one of the Endymions that chased You away towards Santo Domingo and it happened soon after the fight with aforementioned JanOwietz. Also, the PFK player You sank with Indef/trader in fleet, has not insulted You for sure. I assumed that You have not returned after that as I have not heard from anyone that You're back. That's all. The Trader Lynx was not forced to surrender - it boarded Nethros to (I assume) save the fighting ship (Indef). Would you like me to provide you with the recording of the battle in which I repeatedly tell the trader he is free to leave and I was only after the warship. The same video that shows the trader STARTING the boarding action with ME and that although I obviously won the boarding action I did not take the ship or sink it, meaning I did not profit from his actions? Yes, your encounter was the last one - the verbal assault happened prior to us attacking the PFK trader when I was solo PvPing. I have had many encounters with Jan and usually speak to him during battles - he’s the PFK member that I respect the most.
