Captain Comery Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 Ok, when the battle finishes and you do no damage to ship armour but the crew instead why do we not get gold for killing crew. On a seperate note: when I grape a ship to surrender and I leave battle I don't get the ship that surrendered even though the battle ended. Jack Feathersword Posted August 4, 2015 Share Posted August 4, 2015 I noticed this yesterday. I was in a bellona firing grape into a frigate, i took the crew down from 280 to 140. Destraex Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 I agree to some extent but think a ship should be more valuable with a crew. In fact remaining crew should be able to volunteer to replace your losses. I also think that defenceless ships should be able to be warned, hailed and stopped for inspection or capture without a shot. Not every time.
