She was rebuilt in 1666 as an 82 gun 2nd rate ship of the line, and broken up in 1691 -1675, a 100 gun first rate launched as Royal James, renamed Victory in 1691, and burned by accident in 1721 -1737, a 100 gun first rate ship of the line, wrecked in 1744 (wreck found in 2008) -1764, an 8 gun schooner that served in Canada and was burned in 1768 -1765, the most famous Victory, 100 gun first rate ship of the line, currently preserved as a museum ship. Victory ended her active career in 1812 actually. 47 years of active service.
